Toh kya need hai fir experience ki, any new CA can sign as agar internal connection hai toh audit reports and financials kai review mai currently residing auditors ko kya hi jayada doubt hoga basically on papers na sahi but I personally keep this view that internal connection hai outgoing and incomming firm ki

As per requirement peer review vahi logo karte hai jinka khud ka bhi peer review aata hai.(individual-experience person karta hai peer review).

Questioning the newly qualified auditor is like questioning our profession but for such a big conglomerate an experienced firm should have been appointed.
As in co audit the fees shouldn't be any basis for the quality of audit.

Sir in my personal opinion audit fees of adani enterprises and reliance is not comparable at all. Reliance revenue is 7 lakh crore and net profit 68k crore whereas adani enterprises revenue is 69k cr and net profit is 475 cr for FY22.
For solar farms not much accounts need to maintain but relaince retail or chemical have much products so every product tax which is big work so account cost increases
Literally Every CA firm does this, I personally know many of them in My city Jamshedpur. But as Adnai is a very very huge name, It's getting Highlighted.

SA200 says overall objective of *independent auditors* but if there is some lack in independence it may arise some questions

Company section 142. (1) The remuneration of the auditor of a company shall be fixed in its general meeting or in such manner as may be determined therein
may be they negotiated that audiy fees we need to study thier Agm report regarding this
Bruh majority of the share capital is held by promoters anyway so I don't think they're going to approve remuneration which will not be favourable for them.
And until and unless auditors are fixed by company, the quality and independence of Audit will always be hampered.
Provisions should be made like Audit of Cooperative society where the auditors are fixed by Registrar, the remuneration is also fixed by thr Registrar.
In case of govt companies there is C&AG intervention so there is some independency left
