i think the kar98 is balanced to an extent. sure its blazing fast and can oneshot but it also has a low fire rate and some seriously bad flinch if you run full speed
the reason that black ring is there is because the gun is further from your face with no stock, it is quite realistic actually, the scope ring that is, not the no stock. it would take ages to rechamber that thing without a stock to keep steady. source: have both a Kar98k and a Mosin in my collection.
They need to just lower the range of this and other 1tap marksman’s to like 45-50meters and then let them all 1tap to the dome. Just let the sprs, kar-98s and others be useful weapons… right now it’s just a full category of useless weapons in warzone
you didn’t mention this, but the kar98k OG scope is only broken with no stock, and is aligned and etc properly with a stock, so id say for now use a strap instead of no stock, and also that is the og scope from 2019 exactly, just with side rail instead of risers like in 2019

you have the same build as me but ive also been using a build where i have the eagle eye 2.5x instead of the range caller for the ads speed, visibilty, and low zoom and it FRIES at close range but still have enough zoom for mid and long ranges you should rlly try it

i feel no misalignment with kar98, i run a full damage range build with the triangle scope and razorhawk laser with no issues, only times ive seen people with issues with it run the no stock or the sling, but maybe i got lucky somehow hitting all my shots with it
The new kar is ight good for one shots sure but not as customizable as the 2019s kinda it's draw back would be infinity better with the faster receiver this feels more like a faster tweaked version of the ww2 kar but none the less good to have it back
the smg is better than the kar and my Katt-Amr build hits miles away. I actually challenged a kar user with my slower build and they lost after one shot. Im also on KaM but to be fair the kar on rebirth is better than the Katt in terms of pace
use SPX scope, and the new suppressor the gun came with instead of the lazer. it's got stability built in alongside a bit more velocity. absolutely busted build.
3:05 that's called scope shadow and it happens when your eye is too far away from the scope and while i don't play the game i assume it's because you don't have a stock otherwise it might be a bug

The black stuff is from the no stock because in real life if your face is too far away from the scope it does that and you need to focus your face in real life from it so idk what’s going on but that’s my thoughts
Fun fact that’s called scope shadow and it happens when your aiming eye is to far from the optic so you having no stock is not allowing you to have proper eye relief
That happens to the scope when you run no stock if you put on a stock it dissapears

The black outline from the scope is actually because of the "No Stock" attachement... had the same issue yesterday

If you use the No-Stock option in Kar98K, then your scope will appear smaller and you will get the "black-tinge" effect at the borders.

Try the AOK 4.0x RQ-9 Recom optic. Feels the most like the og to me. Also has no sniper glint

Why not use the Intlas 7x scope? It has a built in laser and gives faster ADS and saves a slot so you add a Suppressor for better bullet velocity😊

Ive noticed that I get super clunky when I use certain guns. Mainly when I move right after I drop my aim.
It’s not a mistake they purposely added it because if your head is too far away from the scope, it will show that black stuff around the scope
