Everyone saying Wenona will die Chapter 2 because of tropes when creators said they wont do it. For all we know Grace or Ulysses may die instead. Or neither of them. Also I really want the "Person next to the protagonist in the class trial dies" curse to be broken.
I would honestly give Wenona the title of a killer. I mean she is cutthroat and cold - maybe due to her talent - and doesn‘t seem to be dumb to trust someone blindly. The only person close to her is Ulysses and that might be a „business relationship“, as she would probably call it.
Prayers are going out to Wenona, characters that are the first to do a rebuttal showdown tend to be the reason for the chapter 2 trial if you know what I mean
The logo looks VERY blacksmith-ish, and swords are tools that can be forged by them…so I can’t help but wonder if we’ll have one against Ingrid in the future, and she’ll receive the Peko treatment of being more difficult than usual due to this being based in her area of expertise.

Also his notes are super handful right now, making trials more easy.
Yeah... taking out someone like Ulysses is a smart thing to do. If there's someone that records EVERYTHING, both in daily and deadly, it could seriously get you screwed if you decide to kill. Mess up even a small bit of your testimony, and he'll sock you.

P:EG team only said that they wouldn't do a double murder in chapter 3, I don't remember them saying they won't do a double murder all together. So, if she does die in chapter 2 then it's either her as the culprit, or a double murder victim. Ulysses is an obvious choice to kill. Guy who write everything down? The cast here is actually intelligent so they would also be smart in their choice of victims. And I already explained my reason why he's the smartest choice.

I disagree, graces rebutal is optional, were as wenona is part of the storyline. Additionally graces arc is already in work (her secret backmail and active role in the story) wenona and ulysses seem to yet be developed. I honestly think it will be a wenona and grace trial, since wenona is more of an obstacle and a resticence in the trial where as ulysses is only of a record keeper.

Did you take the pathos or logos route? If you use pathos to defend Diana ("she's such a nice person"), then you skip Grace's rebuttal. However, if you use logic to defend Diana ("if Diana is the culprit, why did she take over an hour to kill Wolfgang?") then you'll have to argue with Grace!
Grace I think is going to survive or she would be a late victim. She gives of Miu vibes - not sexual though. My other bets for survivors - except for Damon - are Cassidy, Kai and maybe Jett.

That trend is mostly a V3 thing, in DR2 other than Mahiru and Gundham in chapter 3 pretty much none of the showdowns predicted the next chapter
