I actually remember this, its Tim its seems from what Batman and Batgirl said, but if i remember correctly the Joker implanted a chip to Robin still that carried out through his adult year and at some point the chip acted like a resurrection to Joker or something like that.
So hardly Quinn at the start that crime was fake to get robin and then joker messed with his mind and know he is like a joker kid but he takes over his mind again and shoots joker
