I think many of us had a slightly negative impression of her because of the subplot of shahid's mom character in Jab We Met which many people thought was based on Neelima mam. Ofcourse people are also biased because Pankaj Kapur is such an excellent actor. But good actors do take wrong decisions both personally and professionally. In the end what matters is that they are all happy.
