The Moment was the sentient box that the doctor used to "destroy" Gallifrey, and its sentience took the form of Rose Tyler or more specifically Rose when she looked into the heart of the TARDIS.
Farewell and Everybody lives are probably my 2 favorite cards from this set purely for the nostalgia and feels. They carry so mich weight given the significance of the events they represent in the show
I thought I had seen every card i could. Watching your videos proves I was completely wrong. I might have happy squealed upon seeing Ace's Baseball bat.
I have the same beef and feel for that version of Master too. Missy was too good that new one were not good. 2 wedding rings, cyberman conversation, river song dairy, farewell, snuff out, your packs are great! thanks for doing this easing my thirst to open any ❤
Those cards are awesome love all the show references. But the weeping angels if you love the eleventh doctor vs them, you will love the episode blink with 10th doctor he just completely outsmarted them.
Animated series?? THREE Master, Mesmerist in one pack lol Thumbs up for your analysis of the most recent Master. I loved finally watching someone who knows DW open packs. Your video was a little hard on my eyes but still very very fun to share this with you!
Here is a pack opening tip for collector packs. Under the tab that goes along the back, there are little perforated holes that help when opening the pack. You do not have to struggle opening packs like that.
I view this collector booster box as a way to bling out the four preconstructed decks. As a Doctor Who fan I find Value in that. If you have no connection to the IP then your assessment is probably accurate.
@@Aristocards I'm certainly a fan, but for $300 I feel like I could easily buy the singles I want for blinging out the deck, and have change for a few staples I need for other decks etc. Thankfully there's no collector pack exclusive cards mechanically
6:53 Turlough is pronounced "Turlo". He's a plant on the Fifth Doctor's Tardis Team by the Black Guardian, as he has been blackmailed to kill the Doctor for the latter. The Rani is also pronounced with an "uh" instead of an "ay", as in the Indian title for "queen". She's another renegade Time Lord, you see.
Hey Baron! (I actually forgot your name, but that's what I remember back in the day) I have a list I want to collect all the extended surge for my Doctor Who binder, and not sure if you're willing to trade with my other Doctor Who cards. I have tons of stuff to bling out your deck.
Hey is only up to the 13th doctor.. Or did they include the reincarnation of the 10th doctor the 14th doctor in the set. Because we all know David Tennant is the best incarnation of the Doctor!
No, and technically never had. It usually has reminder text with mana symbols, but the ability to tap for green or white mana comes from the land types "Forest" and "Plains".
Silly question but knowing a lot of people are a collector of booster boxes and keeping them sealed, but if one was to keep this sealed for years would it become a very rare item for a hefty price or would people lose interest as they would assume all serial card has been found
I think getting to know the character through 10 is the best way to be invested in 11... its also weird to pick up a new show in the middle of someone falling in a weird police box with some weirdo talking about his clothes not fitting and checking to see if he has boobs... its just weird out of context, plus you miss "I don't want to go" possibly the most impactful moment in all of new Who...
@@Cobracon7 you talk as if no one watched the 11th hour that year as their first bit of doctor who. The show has many moments where one can start, its not a drama someone starts after tennant. The show had great stuff before him and after him.

❤ Without knowing I purchased some of these cards in marked up price 2 months ago, now I purchase more of these foiled with one tenth of their initial prices :) timing is important , buy singles you love in foil if you are happy to collect some of these. good luck and don't fomo. afterall foil or plain cards are almost the same.

Am i the only one that felt like there are wayyyy to many lands in these packs.
There are way too many lands in these packs and not enough companions.

Im so excited to get my boxes! This set is absolutely beautiful... coming on friday the 13th non the less!
Wish they did this with rhe Warhammer ones
2:17 why is there no mana symbols on the card??
I believe that because it says the land is a Plains and an island that there wasn't a need to specify that it taps for white or blue.
Exactly … just like the “misprints” people are saying like canopy .. just a regular printing, not a misprint at all
@@Aristocards Thanks!
If you do make a Grixis Cyberman deck, definitely post the deck list!

How do you feel about the value of cards in the packs? Wedding ring is certainly good, but i dont picture many of these cards going for a lot

Sad there's no Jack or Torchwood in this set. He's my favorite character, and that's my favorite WHO media.
No Mickey either, sad times
The Face of Boe is.
Mtg always had the power to put more rare cards in the packs. They alway had the power
Surge foils.. they are making it way too common.
Didn't know anyone bought these
Yikes about them angel cards.
"That which holds the image of an angel itself becomes an angel" or whatever they said.
man the way you open cards they are all LP ? You have two left hands man.
🙈
Why would you tell people to start with the 11th Doctor? Start with the 9th...
The production quality took a big leap in quality and is closer to the presentation of prime time TV in the USA.

These foils are so washed out. Glad to know I don't have to bother with the collectors boosters for these.
YOU HATE the MASTER we can't be friends 😊😊
Specifically The Master, Gallifrey's Ruin, the "Spy Master" and the reason WHY he's called Gallifrey's ruin here.
Yeah, just this version of him; he's dialed up to 11 and over the top even by Doctor Who standards.
disappointed...2 Vastras, no Jenny. Otherwise, good looking cards.
