Well, if 600 K is affordable, I will look for Beverly Hills 6 mil affordable. For most people is the same difference.
I would say these are affordable to most of the people watching my videos or most people looking to relocate to SoCal. The median prices in SD, LA, and OC are $1m+, so buying at 60-70% of that for much more space is a good deal for many!
