A therapist does not have a magic wand and can only do so much though. The person in question has to be open and willing to look at themselves truthfully and do the work, otherwise there's no basis for constructive therapy. I appreciate the motto of the Royal Family of "never explain never complain". You especially don't do this in public. With Harry: it's always complain and always never accept the blame in public. This book is too explosive of things that should have remained private between family members to work out. Instead, Harry and Meghan wanted the entire world to know how the Royal Family "treated" Meghan after she married into the family. Give me a break. They need professional help BIG TIME!

I'm not sure within the royal family about racism. But the general public actually considers Meghan american since she looks like one so no racism within public views. Just their acts is kind of confusing after they strayed away from the british royal family.

I'm the eldest of four children. We used to fight like cats and dogs - real fist landing punches, we threw things at each other, pulled hair and bruised each other. Now we look back and feel sorry for the hell we put our parents through - however the day after the scrap we would defend each other to the hilt where outsiders were concerned. It's all part of being in a family and having siblings. My mum was an only child and has always said that she really missed the 'sibling rivalry' when she was growing up and would have loved a brother or sister to argue with. In addition as I was the eldest I always got the smallest room - BUT I never had to share!
I’m number 2 of 4. My sister still has a scar from where I bit her 50 years ago.

Consulting with a medium isn't necessarily a stupid act on its own - many smart people consulted with mediums throughout the ages even without necessarily believing in their claimed abilities, but it's not reliable and certainly not what Harry needed to sort out his life. It seems like whether with a therapist or with a medium, that what he really sought for was simply counseling. He wanted help and someone's advice because he clearly felt trapped and lost in his current lifestyle.

I find it so very sad. Harry obviously still has major issues that really need to be addressed in private with the help of a professional therapist, instead of telling the world all his intimate details as well as trashing his family. A person who is THAT distressed, with a suicidal wife, needing help, wanting support & reconciliation with his family…doesn’t REFUSE invitations to privately meet to discuss things. It’s absolutely preposterous what Harry is claiming. From A-Z! All the Harkles have done, is contradict their OWN story over and over! They’ve lied so many times, they can’t even get their own stories straight. Nothing to do with the media, from THEIR OWN MOUTHS! I always thought the Markles (especially Samantha) were so trashy for giving so many interviews about Meghan. It has come full circle though because Meghan, but especially Harry are now doing the exact same thing with the RF. 1. It is contradictory that Harry wants out of the Royal Family but at the same time, he wants in. (this sounds like the 1/2 in 1/2 out plan that the King already rejected)
2. It is hard to feel sorry for someone from a such a privileged life complaining about not having enough of anything.
3. Siblings fight. It's not unusual.

Obviously harry was never taught the values of family problems either at school or by his family.
