Featuring: Pork Knuckles, Peking Duck Wraps, Beef Wrap, Sizzling Skewered Squid (or "Dancing squid on a stick", named for the style of cooking), Pig Brain, Xian Style Noodles, Oyster Omelette, and Mutton Legs.
Shenzhen (深圳) is a major city in Guangdong Province, located right outside of Hong Kong. Being a financial center in southern China, the city attracts many people from all regions of China. And with the people, come flavors from home. The variety of street food found in Shenzhen is enormous.

I have made several "Peking Ducks" and it is a pain and a three-day process but have never seen these Peking little wraps ever before and these are so inspirational I freaked out . I have to try these. also making those mandarin pancakes is a pain, I wonder if Canadian Chinese grocery stores carry those little wraps I saw...the Huge ones like Toronto has !!

U need to make the dough yourself, make thin pieces, and steam them to get the wraps. Tortilla works just fine too.

Food safety has always been an issue (in China) due to lack of knowledge about contamination and hygiene standards. Even in Beijing I can count on contracting food poisoning at least once a year, despite all my precautions. The problem is, buying anything here that is processed becomes a roll of the dice.

yea, because the part of meat on bones are the most tender, and because they are just a small part of meat, the flavor can be fully through the meat.
