The back pocket is fantastic! The length of the chain looks relatively short too, making it different than the WOC and other flaps. I am so sorry to hear you were a bit down in the dumps. I really like the clutch, but cannot pull the trigger due to chain length. As a bigger gal Its awkward. Either it should be long enough, a wristlet or no chain at all.

Hi there, how do you store your Chanel clutch on chain? Laying flat or upright? Leaving the clasp open or unlocked?
I’ve seen some with creases horizontally across the bag and don’t know how to prevent that.
Hi dear, I store all of my bags upright, stuffed with air paper or tissue paper, in their dust bags. I know some people keep their Chanel bags open, but I personally close all of my turn locks. I would not lay it flat because that will flatten out the quilting on the backside. Hope this helps!
