- We just put some new wheels on the Genesis and LOL WOW they looked hilarious without coilovers in the car.. so hey, next step lets slam Jenny! Today we installed some beautiful ARK Performance Coilovers on the Genesis!

If you want a banner on the truck, rear window for sure, not a single doubt. Placement is up to you, but I would probably put it in one of the lower corners

Check and make sure the spare wheel well is ok with the Mazda. Those plastic bumpers can pull back into shape but the metal behind them can be damaged.
And Robbie here’s a suggestion about the genesis, I’m no mechanic but I’ve seen enough videos and lowered cars in real life. When you first install coils or lowering springs, they are super stiff and sit high. So if you can drive it around as much as you can, push down on the front end a few times bouncing it, and just let it sit over night with all the weight on it, don’t put it on the lift. Figured I’d tell u this cause in the vid it need to come down more in the front and you were gonna try to fine tune it again. So if you just give them 24-36 hrs to break in and drive/bounce it as much as possible! Sorry I know this was a long comment but figured I could possibly save you some time frustration.
Do 2 banners on the truck... right side on the windshield from bottom to top & left side of the rear window from top to bottom
When painting that car u needed to address the Fluid Flow of the Gun plus the paint needs to atomize with the 2k Bascoat.And you need to get in the flow with a little more speed only 5 inches from spraying the panel still a good job but could have been better.
Just had to work a 14 hour shift. This is the perfect way to come off a HORRIBLE work day 😍😍😍

You'll probably want to bring the rear up half an inch. It'll be better on track, help compensate the lean, and increase the exhaust clearance
id love to see robbie go back to the roots more, rewatched some old videos and he seemed much happier with the wish civic build. You've got a lot of projects on the go, I think maybe it's time to focus on one.

There is a way to adjust that ark exhaust to sit higher. You need to modify the pipe the mufflers are connected to and it will raise the mufflers hogher

Man Brad is sooooo lucky that fork didn’t come loose and go right into his new tires that would have sucked ! And as far as a banner on the truck maybe you should do just a smaller sticker in the drivers side bottom of the rear window ? Or a thinner banner at the top ?
Robbie! I think you should take a shot at trying to wrap that diffuser part in black. That way if you don't like it or just want to go back to all white, you can peel it off and no harm done.

Should’ve gone with pbm for a true coilover for the genesis coupe. Lots of us big boys are running them with a full fbm suspension

The rear suspension is just like my 2009 Kia Optima, where the bolts are accessible from the wheel well and you don't have to open the car, that was nice when I had to replace the rear shocks!
I thought about what name you would give the truck, and I have a suggestion.. The bountiful BRZ, The drift car Jenny, the riced out Jasmin and the big truck Jeff.. what do you think? Could Jeff be the name?

Every lotus has a dedion rear suspension arm. And they're some of the best handling cars in the world. It works very well and is easier to tune than most think.
I have the white window banner on the lower rear window of my pick up truck, and it really pops considering my truck is bright white and I think it's a very good location for it
Cut out where you were gonna paint it black, build a rear bash bar and show off that dual exhaust! Would look sick!

I would put the banner down the driver (or passenger) side of the car going from top to bottom:). Another reason to move to AZ I believe the tracks are opened last time I checked (and it’s sunny...ALL THE TIME **give or take a week**)
Not sure how it is in Canada, but in UK you can get trade insurance that gives coverage on many vehicles for cheaper than insuring them as a personal vehicle, may be worth calling an insurance company and asking what options you have for a different policy to suit
I think Emerson is on to something with the back window banner. Also less noticeable so people don’t mistake the 4x4 with a lowered street machine😂

What if you paint the bumper in the back same as your wheels (the part you intend on colouring). Might go well with the rest of the car (you could maybe try colouring it in fotoshop and show the process before sending it, as like a cheaper option than sending it and than not liking it and changing it afterwords)

Just get a day permit and take some back roads and spend the day dialing in the suspension. Also, you can wet sand and polish the crap out of that paint if you want to and make it super smooth, just keep away from the edges. (I work at the craftsman around the corner from you guys)

If you want to use the jenny for drifting then you need to set up the coilovers for performance and usability rather that fitment, which means raising the rear and having the correct preload setup (roughly 5mm)

Yo Robbie, I get you. I daily a genesis on the east coast, and insurance is expensive as well. If you don’t have to insure it and can get it to the track and back, go for it !!
Once the truck has wheels and tires, I think a sideways windshield sticker like some of the ones from Custom Offsets would look really nice on it!
