Being parents is difficult and we dont get taught and we don't have a manual. Many of us learn as we go and do the best we can, based on our past experience with our parents and our observations from others around us.
I have been enjoying reading parenting and family relationship books recently to understand more about children as they grow up and what they need from us to help them be better than yesterday.
Kids experience a lot of stress in 2024 and it is important to understand this, and work with our children to thrive.
