I Think this is her real voice, because she, did a performance with Jiyho and Taemin in 2019 for a performance of his song from 2016 called "GoodBye". Just put in Jiyho, Momo, and Taemin "Goodbye" on UA-cam. Also when Momo, Jiyho, and Tzuyu did a trio performance of a Beyonce song. It's also on UA-cam. In both performances her voice was deeper then when she does Twice songs.
I was actually screaming, squinting and crying at the same time weird right 😂

so storyline: - mina is a rich nepo baby type of girl but she works at this company bc she wants to live like a normal person, the guy is her bodyguard and at first she’s bothered by him but throughout the MV we can see she softened up and smiled at him etc
- sana is an influencer at the same company (a marshmallow company ofc)
- momo is an intern at this same company (even tho she gives major boss vibes)

I had to watch this video 1000 times but I realized the guy with the glasses and hat following Mina is her bodyguard because she is a like a CEO's daughter working at the company undercover. That's why he didn't want someone taking a picture of her. SO IMHO it's not hetero she's just being nice to an employee ... and that's how I sleep at night.

I know it's late but I have a theory about the MV Storyline:
1. Mina actually the CEO daughter, she usually work in the office but on this day she became undercover part timer on the sales floor, with Minsu the bodyguard followed her everywhere.
2. Momo actually is an Influencer who took Mina's spot in the office. That's why she came to the lift all fancy dressed. She felt the job was very mundane.
3. Sana actually is a part timer who became and influencer for the day, taking Momo's spot. That's why she took a bus home at the end of the MV. She felt kinda lonely just talking to the camera, she had more fun helping the children shopping just like her real job.

So basically they all swapped their role just to feel how great or bad someone's daily life, but everything is still alright just like the lyrics of the song

I went to my first twice concert yesterday and I can never go to another concert the same way. Excited for the misamo album and Jihyo’s solo.
