Prediction: Jayce will be protected by an arcane shield, the same way Vi was protected in her fight with Sevika, sourced from the gem in Jayce's cuff. The shield will partially protect Viktor, since Jayce is standing between Viktor and the impact point. Viktor will be badly wounded, and the only option to save his life will be to use the Hexcore, at which point Viktor and the Hexcore will unify. Edit: one additional thing: in the very first clip of the teaser (which you omitted in your editing), we are looking at the enforcers THROUGH someone's eyes. Probably Jayce's, but it could be someone else, too. This is a strong hint that at least someone of the council survived.

That's a really good theory. My main theory is that Silco will replace Milo as the voice in Jinx's head.
