Corey Keen is a great business owner. I will share my small experience. Details aside there was a problem with my order, multiple in fact. The man called me himself after emailing me and took full accountability. Furthermore he listened to my input and made the changes needed to address the agreed upon issues. Despite the transaction being far from perfect the interaction made up for all of that and then some. In business it's expected to come up short at times, however, it's not always assumed the business will take actions that are heart felt. I have purchased other products from them since all without issue and will continue to buy more. Above all Corey is the kind of business owner that skateboarders choose to champion because he reads as a skateboarder who cares about the quality of his business.
Congrats on the success. I can't even begin to tell you how much buying my keen ramp miniramp has changed my life for the better. Me and my 8 year old son bonded over skating and we skate it daily. Keen ramps is the best.
DBC..Daily Blessings Coming! .. Thank You ALL for Everything Everyday!! ... Congratulations on Everything Corey KEEN, you inspire me to be Better, I had similar DREAMS but sadly Never accomplished anything in Life, Yet Hopefully.... Much LOVE..
That clip at 13:30 was the first day I met Cory and helped out on a keen video! You can see my first car parked in the background (2002 Honda accord ❤️)
Congrats on all your success. Proof that A, hard work pays off and B, you can still be relevant in the skate industry besides being pro skater. Love the channel and dream of getting one of your ramps one day.
Cool journey. Mine was similar with my skateshop. Parents were a ton of help. Wish we had a knowledgeable ramp builder in the midwest. Even the skatepark designers are horrible here, you can’t even skate half the obstacles. Anyways great video.
Thank you for all that you’ve done! Going to sylmar for the first time ever with you with little John and we had to take the bus back home will be something I’ll always remember! You were trying back nose blunt on it at the time. And sorry about the pole jam :(
Great idea for a business, one I wish was around growing up. Still remember getting the "Thrasher Ramp Plans" booklet, from there I built a couple quarters and a couple half-pipes. Formative experiences that gave me lifelong skills. Awesome seeing the creativity and innovations you guys have brought to ramp design and building
You should try making a series of ramps that would be made out of old skateboard decks. I think it would be a unique thing, don't think any ramp company does that. (just an idea)
I could smell that garage the moment the door opened. My grandfather had one much the same. All kinds of nostalgia watching this!

That's a great story! I grew up going to Bellflower skatepark, but I've since moved out of state so this video was a huge hit of nostalgia for me.
Congratulations on building mini ramp Corey Keen!

As a tattoo artist with aspirations of opening my own shop and building my own mini empire I look up to you massively, much respect man.
One of the best story I've watched in a while.

Thanks for the info on how everything started. Wish I had the balls to do what Cory did or to do something I love instead of trucking my whole life. 😢

Y'all should call that place in the desert keenville.
If you ever want to branch out, ask some locals to run smaller establishments so all skaters have spots
Cool story!

It took a lot of hard work and all your hair
