Minus the choonk of jeera hing add the coarse ground masala instead then the onion paste, cook well. Add beaten curd mixed with chilli, . Cook well. Add the fried lauki sauté in the masala. Then add water a little cover n let it simmer for few minutes till oil comes on the top. I made it like this.
