How many excess Supply Pods are in Navia? Because I have 55/54 Supply Pods found and I'm pretty sure there's few I'm missing. Probably the ones in the Ecological Park are excessive.

mine shows power plant 2 is not repaired, but i fixed the 3 machines and only the data option shows, seems glitched cause I checked and completed plant 1 and 3

Would like to revise comment. Plant 3 requires.
1. Affixing(seen from center console)
2. Activating(front console)
