I too have lupus and lupus nephritis and it's been 13yrs i had no flare up.. What helped me is yoga, shambhavi mahamudra for joint pains..i had severe joint pain and even my spine got stiff, avoid dairy products, packed foods, non veg.. Eat as much as u can have raw vegetables, add fruits to ur diet.. Listen to ur body, see wat it accepts and wat it rejects.. Intermittent fasting karo, keep hydrated urself..

When I was infected, all my joints, including hands, feet, were swollen, and I had a lot of pain in the groin, hip joints, and spine. Pain in all joints is reduced by 75%-80% but still has a lot of difficulty moving due to hip joint pain. I have been on medication since the beginning. The doctor said that you have to take medicine for the rest of your life. Moreover, the doctor asked me to give 10 injections, but I did not take the injections. Now I regularly take salazine-500mg twice a day. Take indomet-25 if there is more pain. mam what medicine do you take?? My last wish is to get treatment in India. My financial situation is very bad but I am trying to go to India once. I am speaking from Bangladesh. (mam please tell me where is the best treatment for this disease in India) Thanks
