im not too sure about the technicalities, but afaik, the way vocaloid voicebanks are made and rendered come with a lot of engine noise that doesn't really capture their voice provider's voice. reportedly, reverse engineering/decompiling the files shows just how much the vocals are compressed/edited to become a vocaloid. synth v AI voicebanks sound a lot more like their VPs due to how they're trained. anyway, the original voicebanks pre-synth v still exist and people still make songs/covers with them for your listening pleasure ^_^

The MV was rendered in 4k! The traditional animation took about 4 hours total to complete, animated on 2s at 12fps
