Some things i noticed with RK900 and RK800 1) the eyes: Connor has brown eyes, wich makes his pupil look bigger, thus he looks "friendly", as someone you could trust, a *negotiator*. Nines has blue eyes, wich makes his pupils look smaller, angrier or dominant. 2) their clothes: Nines has his jacket covering his neck, making it larger and seeming dominant, again, colder. I just think that, in the good ending after the revolution, Nines started working with Connor and they just became a family. Yay. (PS: CONCLUSION: If i ever encountered 900, i'd be scared as hell.)
I think the RK900 outfit would be better without the high collar on the undershirt. On the jacket it's fine, but the black collar could be lowered a bit.
I think cyberlife worries his neck was too exposed. In fact, there’s a moment where if Markus was able to overcome Connor in the fight during the protests, Markus could take a metal object and slice through Connor’s neck. In the cutscene, it showed the metal piece at least penetrate 2/3 into Connor’s neck. So my guess Cyberlife wanted to fix this. But idk, a piece of clothing is gonna stop a piece of metal from slicing your neck?
i think it's supposed to represent that rk900 is kind of restrained by cyberlife - kind of like a dog's collar. he's designed to be more obedient than connor so thats just my theory
I like that with connors RK800 form his expression goes between serious and something softer by lifting his eyebrows a fraction but with the RK900 his is serious and changes to a stern frown. Also maybe it's just me or maybe the animation hadn't had a full run but his infiltration outfit his expression seems softer in general. I know that both machine connor and deviant connor can be in that outfit but maybe the expression is more for deviant connors model?

I'm working on a sitting, full-body pose. It was easy to find a reference for the jacket but wanted detail on the legs and shoes. ...I don't currently have the game so being able to find a video like this is fantastic. Would love for every game to have this extras viewing feature. Or a program that allowed you to view / manipulate different character models. ((Getting a glimpse of the shoes in a playthough happens maybe once or twice, on the broadcast tower and when crouching while examining the first body, and they are either low lighting or quick and at one angle. IE not detailed. This video also gave me the exact angle I needed to see the jacket from.))

I don’t think so. It was made to be more efficient than the original Connor, so I think they might’ve taken out most if not all of the possible software malfunctions that could lead it to have emotions and actually care for others. It would be like the Mission-orientated Connor, who does not care for anything except for fulfilling missions. Not much room for character development or attachment to humans or other androids. At most, it would be able to emulate emotions if necessary, but they would not be genuine. And something tells me that it wouldn’t have the same kind of disposition as the original Connor, or much of a sense of humor. You’ve seen how Amanda is.
If you do the Connor suicide endings, Amanada says he was designed to become deviant and lead and uprising- so 'machine' Connor is a failure. Since RK900 is only released if Connor doesn't deviate, it's more likely that the 'improvements' make him more likely to become deviant.

Which all adds up because the quote "rA9 will set us free" is thrown around in the game, and we are technically setting them free. Honestly, I love looking at character models because they help me get details for a costume that I wouldn't be able to get if I looked at a picture from Google. Don't get me wrong, pictures are helpful but 3D models are absolutely amazing for costumes and cosplays.

Honestly, I love looking at character models because they help me get details for a costume that I wouldn't be able to get if I looked at a picture from Google. Don't get me wrong, pictures are helpful but 3D models are absolutely amazing for costumes and cosplays.
