Thumb rule for UR candidate
Whoever has ranked more than 30 k, can take dnb diploma clinical , or otherwise plan for next yr NEET PG or NEXT , or try for xm abroad. Repeating same exams which is extremely unpredictable again and again without doing jobs year after year does not make any sense
At present family medicine has no scope, and in future also no scope in the era of superspecialisation. I can understand the plight and desperation of pg aspirants,but in that dnt jump in any branch for which u hv to repent rest of ur life.
If we want to practice in periphery it's good
Metro cities i agree..but definitely not for non-metros/peripheries..if you have good patient communication skills, good knowledge n clinical skills definitely pple will come to you
