This is pretty normal for high skilled players. Even if at 60% HP, you're usually gonna toggled it to str. Except in most cases where you're farming creeps. But not on this game, you can't just sit confidently when you're that low knowing there is a Zeus on the enemy team.
It's a habit for high level players, change into int to skill, change agi to hit creeps since he's a agi hero then Str when idle, he change to Str after leaving neutral camp

skill of course, zeus' ult has a sound cue right before it hits, you just need to be aware of it when your hp's low. Notice his chat wheel right after that, guy must have prepared for that moment and was amazed of himself. Ana also switched back to agi boot right after that. You dont do those things if you have scripts.

the wrath came up first. wrath level 1 damage is 300, default hero magic resist is 25% so the true damage taken by ana is 225. Literally his health is 225 that time and he just barely regen 1 hp.
