why hello there, possibly new favourite song. iggy pop is a god. i saw him play last year, and wow he has an incredible amount of energy. plus he rocked so hard that he: broke two microphones, danced the whole time, invited everyone on stage, and plus i couldn't hear for 3 days after.
Yeah I thought that, especially with the close up of his face, I could imagine the cameraman saying "Okay Iggy, dart your eyes to the right/left." And the 5 second delay that followed as he thinks "is that all?" and they end up sticking with the first take.
there was a good director behind it that was able to use such technologies, and also in the original oh my god video...pieces of art that can be apreciated worldwide. compare this video to her previous works. I don't want to see her regression, her music deserves the best.
@bsd04 Kudos to you for taking it to the haters. I, too, think the song is rather boring without Iggy's crazy vocals changing things up. The chorus in particular benefits greatly from the vocal contrast.
At first I was honestly so surprised at the fact that I didn't like something with Iggy Pop in it that I considered something was wrong with me before I thought maybe something is wrong with this... Ugh I want to pretend I never heard or saw this for the sake of my love for both of these musicians.
I think it should be called "oh my god this video is rubbish!"... I'm so sorry about how they managed this collaboration...the original video was amazing, and I will still love ida and iggy after that...it's not their fault..
I don't know about you guys but their voices create this really awesome contrast that i believe works extremely well for the song. Sure, some of the chorus parts may sound a bit off but if you really pay attention it sounds pretty nice. Maybe you guys should learn a thing or two about moosak...
