Any layman can understand that it was not a natural death, and there was something fishy. That needs to be investigated. It's surprising that the week after the death of the mother, her children started acting in the movies! From day one of the incident, her husband was defensive (as if he feared that he would be interrogated) speaking to media, etc. It will be difficult to take it to a doubt-free conclusion which will go to the favour of those who caused it to happen (if there are/were, any), but it is absolutely illogical to think that it was natural.

Practising physician here. Forensics specialist. I thought I should add a few things:
1. Snake venom is highly stable, especially if you are considering pit vipers. The Mamushi (or the Japanese Moccasin) is a pit viper. There are 100s of examples/research papers showing how samples can be stored for more than 35-40 without showing too many signs of degradation.
There is 1 problem: after extraction of the venom and (assumed) injection in the body, it becomes remarkably unstable because of our immune reactions (mostly proteins) kicking in. After some time, it gets tough to identify the exact type of venom- whether it is cytotoxic, haemotoxic, and so on.
2. You cannot 'show' or access a PM ( this will be an autopsy, not a post mortem exam) report due to legal issues. It is confidential. The only way is to get a court order. Sessions courts can issue subpaeonas and the process starts.
3. Viper venom takes longer to take effect when compared with, say, a cobra. Time of death is hard to pinpoint since it depends on a person's physical attributes like metabolism.
4. Most importantly, you cannot just inject snake venom. It comes in a powdered form and needs some water and any bicarbonate to liquify it. Also, you must know where to inject. Veins (in the upper torso) work the best. The worst areas are the arteries and even veins around the hip/waist/thighs etc.
What one needs is a trained guy. This case just became a lot more interesting.

1. Even if it was snake venom that was used, there is NO way to be sure it came from this specific species- the Mamushi.
Especially after so much time had passed (based on the video).
2. You won't be able to get the 'post Mortum' report. You need a court order.
3. The lady in the video is quoting 'sources' and basically trying to prove it was a murder.
Even if we believe her, no court will. Not after so many years.
There is no way anyone can fight for Sridevi. She's gone. RIP.
