Sir, when I am pointing at intersection point while drawing circle, both the lines are not highlighted. Either horizontal is highlighted or vertical. Due to which circle is not being fixed constraint. Please give me some suggestion about this problem.

My question is, why when your dimensions one side or both sides of the rectangle are instantly defined? I put the measurements to everything you do and you have to right click and select fixed or vertical or horizontal depending on the line. I would like it to be defined as fast as yours, I have to configure something from catia v5 or why doesn't it define it automatically
sir for the first diagram i drew a reference axis but was not able to give the height for eg: in the given diagram if i was giving 15 it is coming over constraint what could be the reason .
Not sure if what I did was ok, after clicking constraint, I click top of Axis and then right click and selected semiminor axis to get selection that I needed is that ok .

The ellipse is not fuly constrained. Should sketches always be fully constrained or is it alright to leave it under - constrained?

If two or more dimensions of lines are same then can we give geometric constraints like other Softwares like nx9?

Sketcher is 2D and part design is 3D.
