This question is for Blueprint AND 100Gang. I have $30k to put down. Should I buy a 2SS 1LE or a ZL1 non 1le? I can pay for either one. I make like $60-70k a year. Which is the best investment and which will I enioy more as a daily driver?
Whew ! This is a TOUGH one ! I am biased to the ZL1 but the 2SS 1LE is NO slouch. You can’t lose with either one. The ZL1 will be faster and more comfortable but the 2SS 1LE will do better on the track. Both are very rare so they are equal there . On this particular situation it is best to follow your heart and which one you feel you will enjoy the most.
@@Doberbull if I had 30K to put down, If I wanted to be financially responsible, I would say get a 2SS 1LE and enjoy that low car payment with 10-15K left in a loan and it’s plenty enough power for daily drivability. Also if you want to mod it you can. If you want to have lots of power and but still have the payment of 30K loan to pay over the next couple of years go for it. However you will burn more gas in the ZL1 overtime vs the SS 1LE Best investment wise: they both equally matched if you plan to keep it for the long haul

Got my 2023 SS 1LE so happy with my decision. Almost went with dodge scat pack. Had to go with Chevy at the end of the day. Couldn’t be happier!!
