I can't even begin to express how much I've been enjoying listening to this, oh my gosh- This was already the preview I listened to easily the most in the Announcement video thanks to how much I love these two together and how great it sounded, and this is even better! I've been listening to the cover on loop since I first listened to it a hour ago, and only a handful of fnf songs or covers over the years have gotten to me so much that I've listened to them for that long in a row nonstop and haven't felt the need for a break. You did amazing with this cover, and it'll definitely be one I keep coming back to for a loooong time, likely years based on the last one I fell this in love with! I definitely look forward to seeing what other covers you make. Whether they're from the Announcement video or somewhere else, I know they'll be absolutely amazing. Quick edit: I also wanna comment about how cool the extra facial expression Leaf had at times as well as how this takes place at my personal favorite scene in the comic is super amazing, and the one part with Flare's eye turning red was such a great touch. The flashiness of that part does mean I can't watch that part as often with how sensitive my eyes can be, but I still was able to see it a few times at least and I know its there!
