They are cool wolf like dogs when owned by someone that uses them for the work they were born to do. They become neurotic messes when kept as just a pet with no room to roam or real job to do.
I love the husky videos. I would never have one. I had a friend who had several. They can climb a 6 foot fence; they can open the refrigerator unless you have a lock on it. They can climb on the stove to get cookies off the top of the fridge. They like to bring you almost dead rats as a gift. I loved hers.
I just got a 14 week old alaskan husky..I've always had labs...OMG...WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE! She is absolutely so entertaining and sweet . God blessed me with one of his best earth angels!❤
Husky's are such great dogs! Second in intelligence only to the Collie. They have a great sense of humor and if they do something to make you laugh, they will continue to do it.

Mine too. After watching this video, I think my husky is broke 😂. She does have some husky behaviors but she's not vocal. Maybe it's because she is Siberian Husky instead of Alaskan Husky... ??? I don't know.

My husky has never screamed in his life. He doesn't howl unless I play my harmonica or flute, doesn't dig, destroy things, and he has never run away his entire life. They aren't all the same, but when you get one, you don't know what traits you're getting, so I appreciate your admission that you aren't meant to have one.
