Chris Smith (director of Tiger King and Fyre) spent two years making a documentary about my life and the Don’t Die mission. It’s out on Netflix Jan 1st, 2025: www.netflix.com/title/81757532
Happy New Year, Bryan! I only have one question before I watch the documentary in a few hours……does the pilot STILL have their license/job? Thanks for all your endeavours and sharing with the world 🌍 ❤
Bryan motivates me a lot to give a fuck to my anxiety sysmptoms ,i usually have desrealization and a little bit of agoraphobia,it usually happens when i travel far away from my home,or if i end-up in the middle of a very larger crowed street,if i can i allways try to limit myself.... it would be nice of him if he could do some studies about "brain rejuvanation" or even a full video about anxiety manajement for longevity !
He kinda lied about caffiene being okay for some people though just to be nice to you guys Caffiene is almost just as bad as booze. And it doesnt end at that ‘roller coaster’ He’s afraid you guys will runaway if hes says go decaf
After I met Bryan, I decided to stop drinking. At 25 years old, I realized that alcohol can mess up the bacteria in our stomachs, kind of like how alcohol wipes kill bacteria without picking and choosing. Eating fermented foods and veggies helps keep things balanced. Since taking Bryan's advice, I've dropped about 15 kg and feel way healthier. My mood and energy levels have improved a lot too. Even though I can't buy everything recommended by the Blueprint program, I try to follow as much as I can and have noticed big positive changes. I've also tried to get my family involved by building healthier habits and keeping a positive attitude, focusing on making better choices together.
You're right that the person behind the camera is not mic'd up properly. I would have preferred the questions being edited in, but the built-in closed-captioning seems to work.
The more I watch Bryan, the more I respect him. A chill, unjudging man who welcomes criticism as opportunity to learn and improve. The way he viewed criticism of his looks as an opportunity to learn that looks are used as a proxy for the effectiveness of his 'Don't Die' protocols was brilliant.
'Talking about penis health is an entry point to explain all these bigger ideas ' ~ Bryan Johnson. There's human warmth and kindness aura that surrounds Bryan.
I really appreciate the way Bryan approaches each question. He tells you what he thinks, but he also acknowledges alternative responses. He's such an amazing person, and by sharing his personal beliefs, motivations and overall journey, the ramifications this will have for the future is incredible. Not a lot of people have this level of discipline and openness, and I am so grateful that I, along with so many others, can follow this journey
Was sober 2 months this year, now 16 days again - even through Christmas Eve and Day for the first time in 20 years. It's powerful to let it go, joy is greater just tossing in more exercise every single day, trust me on that. That chemistry we seek is already inside us, always was.
I started 2025 by watching this video, Bryan. Your vision has inspired me to strengthen my commitment to extending healthy lifespans in Poland. In 2024 I founded a foundation called ‘Sto Lat w Zdrowiu’ (100 Years in Health) to address our country’s low life expectancy. ‘Sto Lat’ is a song we sing on birthdays, but few think about actually living to 100. Your work shows that it’s possible to transform big ideas into real change. Thank you for the inspiration-your journey motivates me to push forward every day.
It's such a double edged sword. The idea of an entire world connected, where even an average person's ideas can be elevated to the national or global discussion based off their merit alone is so powerful. But in reality, the algorithms just promote the worst parts of us, where hateful content is pushed to the top, and the only ideas that are elevated are ones that have simple, catchy slogans that might be complete lies, while complex truths are hidden away in places where only a handful of people seem to be talking about them. I wish the internet stopped evolving around the early 2000's, where things like personal blogs and websites were king. You shared full length articles/analysis instead of just headlines, and people had to put a lot of effort in to stand out instead of just having an attractive/controversial profile.

If the words weren't enough, your bottom lip is shaking just trying to contain the unease and discomfort felt in that moment. What a powerful emotion. Fantastic work, Bryan.

I like what Bryan says about the haters at 7:15 . He should use his envious haters as motivational fuel, to continue his pursuit, to live forever. I admire his relationship, he has, with his son, Talmage. They are so lucky, to have each other.
It's so easy for people to criticize, but as someone who never got to know my father because he didn't want to be part of my life, I really admire Brian's resolve to involve his son in the things that matter to him. I spent a lot of my early years aimless because I didn't have a guiding hand to push me towards meaningful things, but Brian is right there for his son. That's a beautiful thing.
The only "social media" I do is commenting on UA-cam. I removed everything else from my life 2 years ago and haven't looked back. It's completely freeing. When my youngest child ( age 7) said, "what's Facebook?" to someone, I was so happy! Win
Like you I have no social media presence apart from commenting on You Tube. I have no channel myself so it's a one way street and I remain anonymous which is how I like it! No posting cat photos or what I'm eating, thank God!
Super interesting guy. He strikes me as candid and authentic and not afraid to admit to "mistakes or failures". Love how self-effacing he is too. He seems to have a super dry wit about him too. On a separate note, he sounds different. I wonder if he's been working with an SLP? I always heard a slight lisp, for lack of a better word, in previous videos.
One thing I never thought of in the context of Don’t Die... I'm 40. As I get older, I find that age gaps matter less in relationships. If we're not going to die, we'll reach a point where age gaps don't matter.
definitely‼️ My man is 15 years younger, but I always get told by everyone I look like I'm in my mid twenties 🥳 🎉 Not smoking, drinking or engaging in crazy behavior really helped a lot
Bryan, this was an incredibly candid look into your private life, and it felt like one of the most honest Q&A sessions I've ever seen. I appreciate you sharing with us!
I've been following him for over a year now with a curious and open mind, he's always very interesting to listen to. I particularly liked his answer about haters and the aesthetics side of it all. People who attack him on looks are missing the point, but we obviously live in a society where looks are everything. People would rather look "hot" than healthy... Simple as that.
Hey Bryan, I just watched the documentary and feel even more convinced to be a fan. I admire your openness, vulnerability, and motivation. You definitely have fans in Germany :) Let them talk and keep doing what you’re doing!
20:50 whenever you are not fully happy, questions like this come up, but when you are happy, you don't ask yourself about the meaning of life. This is the evidence that happiness is the meaning of life, so we should build a big dyson-sphere that is happy
Some facts from me, an anthropologist - Alcohol has been around as long as what we think of as society and for long periods of time, in many locations all over the world it was the only source of drinkable fluids that wouldn't kill you. Some scientists believe our non-human ancestors were even getting drunk off of fermented fruit but definitely our oldest human ancestors who had access to grain were drinking alcohol they might have made on accident at first. Everything from commerce to politics happened because of alcohol and usually while very very drunk. The Atlantic slave trade and the American Civil War both had a lot to do with alcohol. It would be an amazing transition for humanity to move away from it as much as possible.
What a beautiful human being! This video has made me appreciate Bryan even more so thank you for this interview. Wishing you all the best, Bryan-the amazing dad!
His thing on LOOKS is true for a lot of people. And it sucks. It would be nice if people didn't look at your looks and get hung up on them and instead looked at, idk, your wisdom, what you were trying to teach people, your tenacity, your heart, your genuine kindness towards people, etc. But yea, people are SO STUCK on the outside and what it looks like, sometimes they can't get past that to see what is actually important. I've been following him pretty much since he started his YT up and he seems like a genuinely NICE guy, but he has a lot to offer people, if they would just listen.
I loved this video so much. What I've learned: 1. Very interesting point about relationships and reputation. Yeah being public person is complicated. 2. Bryan Johnson is such a great speaker. I really loved how he narrated his death near cituations. Furthermore, he is just a precise person. I love it. 3. Never would've thought that he knows how to fly. I maybe want to try it too? 4. Just reminded of some things such as: he is a person just like me and it's sort of freeing? The acceptance of that the worst person you may imagine is just you with differnet scenario just as the greatest person you may imagine let's rather use goodest. Mhm, so prompt what you think your scenraio of life looked like and how does it loook now and how you want scenario too look life. Thank you. MOLODES
Every chance I get I’m singing your praises. You truly are a gift to mankind. At the end of this interview, you spoke about how you think people do not know what a great Dad you are. I am going to disagree with your statement. I DO think people know you are an excellent Dad. Yes I do see your interactions with your Talmadge probably more than people who do not follow you, but honestly Bryan, it only takes a few minutes to see the truths about whom you are. One of which is: you are an AWESOME Dad! Caring for you tremendously, Tamara Jo
I love the documentary, so touching, authentic and I love your vulnerability. I'm really inspired by who you are, such a kind, loving, generous soul. Blessings!
I am grateful to be alive at the same time as Bryan - his journey is remarkable and inspiring. He definitely inspired me to take care of myself and stay healthy.
I watched the documentary, and I absolutely loved it. Thank you for inspiring me to be a better person-both physically and spiritually. You set an example of how to live true to your words and values. For me, you’re one of the most inspiring people of our time. Greetings from little Estonia, and I wish for all your dreams to come true!
Here i am sitting, i don’t drink at any point in the year. Last night i made an exception. Let me tell you, my year didn’t start great! Remember what poison this is, my body shut down and everything wanted out. I’m so glad i can’t take alcohol
Bryan, the movie… I watched, I cried, I cried a little more and wow!!! I liked you before and like you now even more!! 🥹 Made lots of notes and will make small consistent changes to my lifestyle
I actually preferred Bryan when he had not yet done any aesthetic interventions. He looked more authentic and human. But judging from his comments, I think it's just me. Either way, I think you rock Bryan.
Same, now it feels irrelevant because anyone can take supplements and have procedures. He brings nothing new under the sun anymore. He's into business..
I would absolutely love to have a long conversation with Bryan. I know the feeling when you are enjoying your own mind and feel comfortable being alone.
I’d be interested to hear how Bryan balances a totalizing mission like Don’t Die/living from a 25th Century perspective with being a good dad in the present. As a dad I feel like this twilight between “normalcy” and the fast-encroaching super-strange future is a weird and confusing time to have kids.
Love the content. One idea-- I think it would be so cool if we could go to your website and then click on an organ and enter our data... and then see the age of the organ! This might only work for organs where the age can be approximated by regular bloodwork, but I think it would be so cool and another way to drive traffic to your website. Looking forwarding to the documentary!
Please do this with the female body. There is not as much research done on our bodies as we are more complex. Especially with menopause and beyond. And we suffer greatly from the lack of knowledge.
Who cares if you look live a vampire as long as you achieve your goals. Haters are just an indication you're doing something right. You don't have enough haters..
Bryan, there is one topic I want you to talk about: Testosterone Are you still taking it, isn't it dangerous even tough you need it because of the calorie deficit?
He isn't still taking it. He increased his calorie intake and his testosterone went back up. I still would be interested in him doing a deep dive on the topic because mens testosterone levels are plummeting. Low testosterone destroys men.
Bryan can you please address the dichotomy between eating a whole food based blueprint protocol as opposed to the ultra processed substitutes you sell in Blueprint? You're saying they're the same in terms of nutrients etc. but isn't something ultra processed inherently less healthy? Ie nutty pudding would be so much healthier using the actual recipe as opposed to a powder. The longevity mix is also a powder. Have you studied this to back up how it will impact the body in the long term? Convenience is great, but it seems like you could lose a lot (or even make things a lot worse)
It goes to show that aesthetics and health go hand in hand and its great he took that criticism on board. Seeing your old clip i can really see the difference wow.
I wanted to hate on this guy, but once I saw a video of his, I just think he is awesome and genuine. He's doing something amazing and we can all benefit from it.
@@stormlord121 Because most of the rich people on this planet use their wealth for their own self indulgence. Life is hard, and they benefit directly from the hard work of other people, but never give anything meaningful to humanity except another useless thing to buy, and they get applauded for it. He's actually using his wealth to take a stand for humanity, and trying to do it in a way that even the common man benefits from it. If I just heard some rich guy wants to live forever, it's like "Of course you do, so you can enjoy being the lottery winner forever" but he wants to do it for EVERYONE, so that we can all have better, healthier lives.
@@ernestor5440 They do when their wealth is a direct result of the labor of others. You know what a CEO is without employees? Nothing. And besides, that philosophy is simple minded. Human beings are not, nor have they ever been, solitary creatures. The only reason we survived is because of cooperation and selflessness. We owe each other something because no one survives without everyone else. This is even more emphasized in the modern day. Every item you own, every food that you eat, every piece of clothing you wear, took tens of thousands of people across the entire world working together. If the world adopted your whole "No one owes anyone anything, be independent etc" philosophy we'd still be living in caves. The unique trait of human beings is our ability to overcome our baser animalistic instincts. You're, for some reason, wanting to go back into the mud. Learn to evolve. Your very existence means you owe other people dearly.
bro , it's so sad what Bryan is saying . Peoples ego's and care about the things that don't matter are at all time high tbh with you . If society would stop caring so much about looks/status life would be soo much better/easier .
Me: ‘hey babe- I’m super excited to watch a new documentary on Netflix tomorrow. It’s about Bryan Johnson and Blueprint!’ My husband: ‘would you like me and your daughter to leave the house for a few hours so you can watch Bryan in privacy?’ 🙄😅 I love Blueprint!!!!!
Those 2 quotes resinate with me so much. I love Albert Camus and have his poster on my book shelf wall. I've also recently started to identify more as an agnostic, I still lack a belief in any particular god. But it's just the case that no one understands what's really going on. "I don't know" is the honest position, and it's interesting to contemplate the answers.
@enkiandenlil If just 1, read his essay The Myth of Sisyphus. It's probably his best known work, it's not a long read, and the opening line is the one Bryan is referring to in this video.
I really like the way Bryan can grow and change psychologically not just physically. Looking back at himself and realizing he was making a mistake. Veneers seem unhealthy but of course he finds those that don’t require shaving your teeth. “People care about sex, power, status” Bryan bases that on one comment from someone about boners? Many people don’t care about power and status and just enjoy sex; depends on who you’re spending time around. Awesome though Bryan doesn’t exclude those whose priorites may not be his. Also humility is refreshing and i expect he’ll keep that though many who become socially popular do not. Southpark! Awesome he has a sense of humor too. OMG what he says abotu Camu and also the other quote about confusion; awesome. He is so attractive now…inside and out and much more of a whole person than just a health nut.

The farm in the forest, growing food, sounds majestic, freeing, and life- and planet-sustaining.
I swear i wont die. I put my life on it
thats funny
ha
The only "social media" I do is commenting on UA-cam. I removed everything else from my life 2 years ago and haven't looked back. It's completely freeing. When my youngest child ( age 7) said, "what's Facebook?" to someone, I was so happy! Win
Keep it up queen 💪
That is fantastic. I'm very similar. I rarely ever use Facebook, only to follow some FB groups that interest me. Other than that, I only use UA-cam.
So thankful for Bryan and the blueprint protocol. Been waiting a decade for this!
I have never clapped at the end of any documentary before this.
This was a beautiful Q&A, Bryan. Thank you! ❤
All the Best in 2025! 🎉🥳
Bryan Johnson as president: Sugar? Illegal! Alcohol? Illegal! Smoking? very illegal!! xD
One thing I never thought of in the context of Don’t Die...
I'm 40. As I get older, I find that age gaps matter less in relationships. If we're not going to die, we'll reach a point where age gaps don't matter.
definitely‼️ My man is 15 years younger, but I always get told by everyone I look like I'm in my mid twenties 🥳 🎉
Not smoking, drinking or engaging in crazy behavior really helped a lot
😂😂 this isn’t true. A 25 year old young lady has less in common with a 45 year old man and as he ages it will become more obvious.
Bryan, this was an incredibly candid look into your private life, and it felt like one of the most honest Q&A sessions I've ever seen. I appreciate you sharing with us!
I swear you're my soul mate not in a relationship way but mentality way ! This is outstanding!
😂 the message to the haters is on point. I like Bryan's personality. ♥️ you're a great dad and a great son. Please no more flying. 🙏
Can’t wait for the docu! I plan on quitting alcohol from here on out! 🎉
Bryan Johnson for President!! Love that!
So grateful for all that you do!
I loved this video so much. What I've learned:
Thank you. MOLODES
thanks for the incredible intel you release to us
Talmage laughing in the face of death is legendary!
Saw the Netflix doc! Nice to see more personal side of yours family! Keep up the good work
We know your a good dad with how your son interacts with you when he's been in camera❤
His last answer is very moving, to me. A genuine soul...
Really enjoyed this. Thank you for sharing this with us, Bryan.
So proud of you Bryan and thank you for persevering so much.
You a true MVP and after the documentary I realised what a great father you are
Honestly, you’re super talented. Keep sharing more!
Wow 🎉 looks so much younger here. Bravo!
Here i am sitting, i don’t drink at any point in the year. Last night i made an exception. Let me tell you, my year didn’t start great! Remember what poison this is, my body shut down and everything wanted out. I’m so glad i can’t take alcohol
Super excited for Don't Die tommorow!
Bryan, the movie… I watched, I cried, I cried a little more and wow!!! I liked you before and like you now even more!! 🥹 Made lots of notes and will make small consistent changes to my lifestyle
I like that your introduction is 'Hey, friends'
I love that you're into South Park too. I had a feeling we share the same humour from your other videos.
I have a feeling he's going to make history one day. He really wants to help humanity.
I would absolutely love to have a long conversation with Bryan. I know the feeling when you are enjoying your own mind and feel comfortable being alone.
You’re so inspiring I’m making a video series doing your routine in a budget friendly way. I’m so glad I’ve found your channel!
1:01 pure ceremonial Full Power Cacao!!
I’d be interested to hear how Bryan balances a totalizing mission like Don’t Die/living from a 25th Century perspective with being a good dad in the present. As a dad I feel like this twilight between “normalcy” and the fast-encroaching super-strange future is a weird and confusing time to have kids.
I watched your videos already for quite some while, and was impressed by the documentary! Keep up the good work!
Love the content. One idea-- I think it would be so cool if we could go to your website and then click on an organ and enter our data... and then see the age of the organ! This might only work for organs where the age can be approximated by regular bloodwork, but I think it would be so cool and another way to drive traffic to your website. Looking forwarding to the documentary!
finally someone nice and responsible
Please do this with the female body. There is not as much research done on our bodies as we are more complex. Especially with menopause and beyond. And we suffer greatly from the lack of knowledge.
Mr president its nice that you're influencing our world for the better
Who cares if you look live a vampire as long as you achieve your goals. Haters are just an indication you're doing something right. You don't have enough haters..
I just finished watching Netflix documentary. Bryan is more human to me now. And I like his sense of humor so much 😂 Greetings from Poland ❤
Very calming to hear him talk.
Really love your drive to be a great father, I think it's really telling how good of a father you are with your public relationship with Talmage
Love this guy so much 💚
Bryan, there is one topic I want you to talk about: Testosterone
Are you still taking it, isn't it dangerous even tough you need it because of the calorie deficit?
He said he stops taking it on mpmd podcast
wasn't it growth hormone?
He isn't still taking it. He increased his calorie intake and his testosterone went back up. I still would be interested in him doing a deep dive on the topic because mens testosterone levels are plummeting. Low testosterone destroys men.
I like the way Bryan answers these questions..intriguing
Thanks for all that you do Bryan! My life has changed for the better because of your work and information you’ve shared!!
So proud of you Bryan and thank you for persevering so much.
You a true MVP
Bryan is my hero.
Curious on this as well
I'll stick to the whole food plant based diet. No powder processed food for me.
Why would you "want" to hate on someone?
@AbadonBIack nobody owes you anything bud, grow up and 90% of the things you ranted about aren't true anyway
@@AbadonBIack Nobody owes you anything, you live your life and form your own path
Your very existence means you owe other people dearly.
please stay genuine! love ya!
This video is fire, love how unique it is!
bro , it's so sad what Bryan is saying . Peoples ego's and care about the things that don't matter are at all time high tbh with you . If society would stop caring so much about looks/status life would be soo much better/easier .
Me: ‘hey babe- I’m super excited to watch a new documentary on Netflix tomorrow. It’s about Bryan Johnson and Blueprint!’
My husband: ‘would you like me and your daughter to leave the house for a few hours so you can watch Bryan in privacy?’ 🙄😅
I love Blueprint!!!!!
Never heard of Albert Camus, If I can only read one of his books or whatever media he has produced what should it be?
@enkiandenlil If just 1, read his essay The Myth of Sisyphus. It's probably his best known work, it's not a long read, and the opening line is the one Bryan is referring to in this video.
So proud of you Bryan 💙
