In the second question, why aren’t we going with a changer order. The question doesn’t say the project is delayed, the question doesn’t say there’s a disagreement between the owner and the contractor (when the architect kicks in to issue a CCD), the owner is aware that it’s something they want and not a mistake by the contractor.
