In the real life triple h entrance the lights went out right after he took off the cape and Crown so I think they were tryna recreate that

Yeah black screen looks weird though when your playing in the outside arenas. But again it's a small thing.

Shawn Micheals was the only one in the base game to get Wrestlemania entrances because he’s Mr. Wrestlemania.

Can we start talking about the glitched Charlotte Flair entrances???, the WM39 has her old entrance animation, and her old attires have the cartwheel while wearing the robe which glitches all over the place, as she's supposed to take it off before doing the cartwheel.
I love how they added new moves, I was thinking they needed to add the multiple Samoan spikes.
Heads up. Update made universe mode worse. PS5) Title holders were removed and given different titles, out of the blue, didn’t fix the title matches in universe mode. When there’s a title match, it turns into a regular match if you edit anything, like a different match even.
That didn’t happen to me

That happened to me too. It gave the male NXT Championship to a female.
They did Rey dirty without using a superstar image in the selection screen. I don't understand that shit.

Sometimes, I wonder why I even bought the 40 Years Of Wrestlemania edition. One thing that's kinda pissed me off is that I've unlocked all the superstars/titles/managers from showcase by having this edition, yet I've still gotta play showcase mode to get the arenas. Kind of bullshit is that?

I just realized, since the patch your opponents roll on their back when you climb to middle or top rope.
That was maybe my second biggest minor annoyance so far this year.
....they've always done that in my games for as long as I can remember....

They also updated the fiend bray Wyatt entrance so the firefly funhouse screen is fully on screen
Which thank goodness cause it was so weird when it first came out
But the arenas it wasn’t working in are still messed up because after it shows that it doesn’t show the let me in like it’s supposed to or at least on Xbox with arenas like royal rumble and stuff

As intended has varied since last patch update
They fixed in the final 2K23 update, but not working again in 24: Hacksaw's 2x4 is missing in the Mr. Red, White, Blue entrance motion, and probably HTM's guitar entrance (though I haven't tried that and it might work since he's DLC later.)
Something they messed up in the update was when you select superstars for your shows in universe mode, when customizing matches, every single superstar shows up on the shows

I hope they patch in the option to select the ring announcer for Universe mode. It was extremely disappointing to not be able to select who we want to announce for our respective universe shows.
How does exhibition always get the best features before universe

Universe mode is just broken for me unfortunately. Rivalries don’t work, your champions are constantly hot potatoing the championship automatically due to a glitch, I’ve tried every angle and you just can’t work around it. Love the rest of the game though.
My match card keeps overriding back to single normal matches
Yeah they need to either completely shift more focus and resources to that mode, or scrap it for something that's anything else. It's so bad on the pc version
They need to nerf the manager taking the turn buckle pad and grabbing weapons every 5 seconds

Why are we still having problems with Bloodline intro and victory? It has been two 2K games already. This should no longer be an issue

Charlotte's mania 33 entrance is still messed up where she's doing the cartwheel with the robe on. It looks silly.

I like to see little things like LDF theme and maybe Pete Dunne. My big problem is with CC, hopefully we get a fix there
I noticed a lot of the rivalry cut scenes don't work properly when using alt attires so hope they get that fixed.
Catch finishers were already in the game but glad rock was updated

The super finisher vfx also toggles off the Red filter for finishers as well

Another small fix, when you go to edit a custom superstar, the renders have been shrunk down to size, as before they were really zoomed in and you could only see the face of the CAW.
Very unfortunate u can't change the ring announcer in universe mode.. its such a quality of life upgrade so why wouldn't it be avaliable for the mode where it's all about quality of life? Praying next patch that'll be added in for Universe mode 🙏🏻
They probably couldn’t getting working correctly in time. Seems like everytime they add something to universe it breaks something else in universe.
The Alts don't work for the Royal Rumble match. Any and all created attires (on existing or CAW wrestlers) don't show up under any rumble matches (and possibly any gauntlet matches) Only the 'existing in-game' alt attire are working. They still need to fix that and MANY more things.
Its been reported already and on the 2K support site. It needs more votes in order for them to look at it as a priority
Ladders. You can lean them on ropes...run up and jump off with aerial attack

how do you actually attack once you run up though? i just end up walking off to outside of the ring every time without jumping and attacking.
Here's a small thing in the creation suite that's effecting probably just me. Theres a set of knee pads wrh just supportes on the knees and trace style knee pads near the ankles (like Mikey Whipwreck). The issue is the trace knee pads end up under the boots or shoes and not on top of them. I'm trying to create a Whipwreck and a Cardona from GCW where he wore Mikey inspired gear and this, if it's a bug, is killing that. The reason I think it's a bug is because theres another set of knee pads that's just the trace style ones around the ankle area and those always stay on top of the boots. I'd rather those other ones work properly then have to use lower body tattoo designs to make the supporters, those never look roght.
Another thing added with the patch was the creation parts for Sol Ruca.
I hope they put back in chain wrestling and i hope they also put back where superstars crawl and touch the rope during submissions

Honorable mention on the entrances-Shawn Micheal’s 09 wrestle mania 25th anniversary vs undertaker entrance was pretty dope that they added
They fixed it alright. Legend difficulty feels like hell after patch 1.05 also CM Punk's GTS from 2015 is in the game.
If you check the entrance in the edit, he just has a epic staredown to the ring and I thought if they kept the camera angle like that it would’ve went crazy
Something that wasn’t in the patch notes, is Lightning in Create an entrance may be fixed. Before I made an entrance with Undertaker’s lighting and it looked green in CAE. In matches there was just no lighting like every other entrance I made, but after this update I made an entrance with that lighting and it works.
The only negative about the new moves is they don't have sounds. So despite how violently LA Knight slams his opponent's head into the mat, there's no noise. Same with the Spikes I think.
This is something that has always bothered me but they usually fix it when DLC’s drop but hopefully they fix em with a normal update.
My new little favorite edition I found after the update is now when editing colors on the endgame images like lettering and logos the image gets incredibly small and you can't tell what you're doing. Oh 2K you never failed to disappoint. I think these developers are better off flipping burgers and not making games
My issue at the moment in universe mode is every show the AI is announcing a cash in that I don’t want to happen yet and when you actually look at the match card, it’s not the briefcase holder. Balor holds the case, Priest is my champion and I just had to delete a world title cash in by Ivar
Another update I notice is for ‘The Fiend’ where they have the firefly funhouse intro on the screen now
In triple h’s new entrance everything is awesome but the only thing I don’t like is that if you change the color of the cape or headpiece when he takes it off in the entrance it will turn back to its old color it would be cool to see this patched
it’s another championship unlocked too. the multiversal championship i think it’s called cause carmelo hayes hold it in my universe mode.
Are they ever gonna fix the titles floating on wrestlers shoulders? Thats been in the game for years lol
The alternate attire feature is great.
Would still be nice if they fixed it when selecting an alt attire in Rumble and Gauntlet matches. They just come out with he default attire. But it’s a step in the right direction.

Glitch with downed opponent. Pressing square works. Hitting x after doesn't. Move changed to a double fist drop that doesn't even connect to the wrestler

I really hate how my rise storyline comes to an end. I wish there was a never ending my rise mode
POP UP catch finishers were always working, top rope dive and spring board catch finishers are the ones that don’t work STILL. 😭
oh ok, well for me i found i couldn't get pop up finishers to work before.

My ears pricked up when I heard you say updated moves. Was hoping for a better animation for the Riptide, but I guess I can still hope for one to be included in a patch by the end of the DLC release cycle.
For those who doesn’t know u can download side plates on cc its not the actual side plates but u get the concept I downloaded one for cody and etc hopefully they can add more instead of me downloading them on cc
Hell if they would give us a few more theme music hell they can take next year and year after to work on the nex game to make it that good when it debuts for just nex generation plattforms.
I hope they address all the bugs that this patch created in the Creation Suite. Changing colors of parts causes them to shrink and sometimes disappear, the embossing option reverts back to 0 whenever you change menus for some reason and the layering system doesnt work properly. You add a new layer and it ends up underneath instead of on top.
So far there's only two issues that I still found. One of them is with all Alt. Attires I don't know if anybody else is seeing it, but if you make a custom entrance and you try to use somebody's alta tire and they got a full customized entrance. It will revert to whatever you have as their intro part. So if you take the rock and put Bray Wyatt's intro in the first slot there he'll do Bray Wyatt's entrance and the other thing I seen and I don't know if anybody else is seeing. It is if you do a custom title or even some of the older ones. The movie is messed up so when it shows you the belt across the screen like with the ECW one it won't show the barbed wire stuff and it won't have the lettering at the bottom of the title name or the undertaker one where it's all the lightning and everything they won't show the entire championship graphic across the screen and also for some reason the 87 World heavyweight title when it does the match graphic, the championship movie graphic. Whatever you want to call it. It gives it the raw universal title. I don't know if anyone else is seeing that or if it's only me and I just got a weird, weird digital copy that's all messed up or something
I definitely appreciate everything you do boss. Since I got back into wrestling last year you have always had great videos. Much respect boss. Plus your collection behind you looks amazing

Yeah. That was well done this time around. It was in 2k22 but was glitchy , probably why it was removed in 2k23.

Very funny to me that they went so hard for Mania XXX and HHH's entrance, but just don't acknowledge why he was there
In universe mode, triple threat matches have count out and sometimes disqualification enabled..
A glitch I've had with Roman. I beat Roman for the title, but he still comes out as champion, announced that way and everything. But the game still shows my new champ as the proper champion.
I'm sure someone might have mentioned this somewhere in the comments, but the number of keepers has changed in MyGM. The show that comes in first now gets to keep 4 wrestlers, with 2nd place keeping 5 and 3rd place keeping 6 (I'm not currently playing a 4 person MyGM so not sure beyond 3rd).
I think the extra wrestler is a really nice touch especially for the show that comes in 1st. Gives every show the real opportunity to keep the tag team champions now without having to sacrifice all your potential singles champions.
Only downfall to HHH WrestleMania entrance was that they used The Game theme instead of The King OF Kings which would've been way better considering we havent seen that theme in 2k games in years
One thing that they updated was the ability to add alt attires as their main for some reason it was not there. One thing that annoys me is persona card from my faction are not able to be edited like a normal wrestler I was trying to make sheamus 2011
Another thing that’s mess up is in universe mode it use to black out the superstars that’s not on the show now it’s shows all of them on the respect show you are in now. It only use to do it for PLE now it does it for all shows. Now I got to have a spreadsheet with me to remember who to book on my shows now.

Has anyone else noticed a texture glitch on the World Heavyweight belt? I'm not sure if this started after the 1.05 update, but I just noticed recently that the front plate texture looks extremely warped.
Man I wish you’d have the option in gm mode to have up to 10 million to start of with so that you can have around 20 superstars on your roster at the start and be able to just start off with some tag team rivals. And if not that an option to let you pick the prices for each superstars cost in the draft
It’s not supposed to be Universe Mode.
Ive noticed with the DX tag entrance, it shows the fullscreen titantron video then its supposed to go and show the wrestlers walking but it only does it for a few seconds then reverts back to the fullscreen titantron video for the rest of the entrance. This happens with both inbuilt and custom videos
Drew McIntyre's non-sword entrance option was having lighting issues as well but that's been fixed in addition to the ones mentioned.
Patch 1.05 for me also made universe MITB cash-ins worse. My NXT north american champion, now cashes in on every show (Raw and smackdown and NXT) to force a triple threat match for the title, and he's not even the case holder. I've just logged it with 2K.
My universe mode matches don’t save anymore if I exit out of it and do something else

My universe mode gave Seth Rollins the Smackdown Women's Championship & Charlotte the TBD Championship from My Rise. Since I haven't unlocked it yet, I couldn't get it off her and had to delete the entire slot and start over.
One thing that i noticed is Kanes entrance with Manager finally has noise with the pyro instead of the pyro being silent
Updates are great ! Especially for Rock 01 . However, I still don’t understand why they are not giving us Tripal H 00/01 , Kane 02 and earlier versions?
Why does the new WHC look kinda weird? It didn’t look like that on the previous update
They messed up with depth of field.. If you skip entrances.. The depth of field is not there in the match.. At least on PC version.

Hey weird question not sure what made me think of it watching this buy is it strange that they never make Corey Graves as a playable character, I mean its awful that he can't compete now but since he's been with the company since and for quite some time, feels like an easy but special thing to have him included in the games, unless this has been mentioned in the past and explained and I'm totally out the loop

It removed 3 of my champions,
All rivalry actions are auto set to PLE outcomes, and every match on the card says title match.
Sooooo frustrating
This update has seemingly messed up my women’s champions in my universe mode! Somehow switched Bianca to raw champ and then vacated her smackdown championship? Also made Fallon Henley NXT men’s champ and vacated her women’s title whilst giving my men’s champ some myrise title?? Weird bugs
Hey Matt. For universe mode custom matches, we've never been able to change match rules. You need to create a custom match outside of universe mode and load that in as the match type. These also won't work for rivalries. Bit of a pain but it's how it's always been for years. Thanks for the awesome videos
I would really like the ability to put Charles Robinson in a WCW referee shirt when you wrestle on Nitro or Halloween Havoc.
The patch fixed side plates but the titles look weird now. My WHC is all warped

I was playing drew mcintyre against Cody, After my win, Damian Priest cashed in MITB, I watched Priest take my title. Pretty cool after what happened at WM! ❤
World title is completely ruined. Look at 7:16. This needs to be fixed ASAP! Please spread this issue around. A lot of people aren't noticing it!

Did 2K sneak in pieces of the attire that Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair or (less likely) Sasha wore at WM30 into the Creation suite with this update or with the 40 Years of WrestleMania DLC pack? I was hoping HHH's WM30 entrance would include them, but this would be the second-best option

Yeah they could add like different voices like in other games where you can choose your custom characters voice (not wwe 2k) games like dragon ball xenoverse or sum so the could definitely do that

One thing I’d love to see is the wcw nitro arena lighting right.. the crowd lighting on and white just like the wcw halloween havoc arena.. or the souled out arena in 2k22.. there will be a wcw dlc I hope they get it right.. and add some wcw arenas..
I know you knocked Zeus being in 2K23. He was in one of the last DLCs.
So he should have been back. I wouldn’t mind a Patch or MyFaction adding him.
Bloodline entrance sucks you can't even pick a manager for six man tags and when I custom made Jimmy and solo the custom titantrons wouldn't work for s***as Paul Heyman is the manager

1.05 broke creation suite a lot. Roman regins alt attire what's the status made broke will not download again and many others.
Now they just gotta get rid of Roman's 6 pack and give him a little belly fat LoL
I cant download anything from community creations.. It starts goes maybe 15% of the way and cancels
