I was the guy who skulled at 13:50, its all legit.. he basically trash talks and crashes you on an ironman which frustrates you a little ( it did me anyway) making me skull out of frustration.
As for the large risk setups, anyone who is half decent at the game will understand torva, ultor etc is max KPH at calvarion for pet hunters.

how does the shift click in pvp at 8:09 work? it only works on monsters for me.
On ironBTCg0d he has his player 'attack' options set to always right-click so that he can left click to walk under them. On his other account Le Moi, he has it set to left-click wherever available.

This method is actually called the "le moi" skull tricking method - see the skull tricking wiki page 14 section 2 "Methodology & Tactics". You are WRONG.

He wasn't skull tricked though, he willingly and intentionally skulled up - there's no "trick" in this video except the passover, but that's basic wilderness mechanics.
