After the 2nd order mess up. The awful customer service & two items I still haven’t received, I won’t buy from Nicki’s anymore. Period. Too many awesome companies who go out of their way to make customers happy, to waste my time on bad ones.
Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that 😭 That is seriously awful. Thank you for sharing your experience though, because Nicki's is definitely off their game right now & I feel like people deserve know how the company is doing before choosing to spend their hard earned money there. 🤷♀️. And I agree, Green Mountain Diapers, Buttons, Green Maternity, RigNGig, Petite Crown, Happy Beehinds, Bebeboo, Blythe Life, Fluffy Penguin Company and Tidy Tots are a few I can throw out off the top of my head that all have amazing customer service and I don't think I've ever had an issue with any of them.

Thanks to you I started using cloth diapers, I found out about them late, unfortunately, my daughter was already 1 year old. In Europe they are not very common and they do not have advertising at all. I'm watching you from Romania and I'm lucky I found your channel. Thank you very much, you are doing an extraordinary job

Hi Jess! I love your videos! Sorry to hear about the messy shipping from Nickis. Thanks for sharing your experience, though, because maybe I'll be careful about ordering large quantities all at once from them. I share the same sentiment, I've loved shopping nickis diapers for years, and I've recommended their site in the past to others too. Hope they can fix their problems.
Hi! Thank you for watching! Yes, I genuinely love Nickis and LOVE their commitment to helping families in need, that's one huge reason I shop with them. This last experience was definitely the most frustrating I've had with them, but I agree 100% I hope they get it figured out and continue to rock it!!

This is really sad to hear. A few years ago when I was cloth diapering my son, I ordered pretty much everything from Nicki’s and never had a problem except once (and that was just a broken snap) and they helped me with no problem. Bummer.
I use to be a huge supporter of Nicki’s diapers for .. gosh over 4 years! Affiliate recommendations and everything.. ever since the new ownership it’s just gone down hill. The “ due north “ exclusive Thirsties release mess started it out which was absolutely horrendous and almost every order I’ve placed (10 or so since new ownership, some large some just a few items) has been incorrect with most of them having missing items being the problem, even smaller orders (ordered 2 best bottoms covers and only received one and they were still in stock yes).
I just cannot recommend them at all. I will only order from them if I can’t get an item anywhere else and it’s with resentment to be honest. I feel terribly for anyone who orders there because so many times they won’t get their items I’m sure. Thankfully they have replaced items missing with no fuss for me (I guess they are used to getting those emails…) but it’s so disappointing and I’ll never recommend anyone shop there, since it will likely be wrong. :(
I’m glad you got your replacements! Buyers beware for sure, please spend your money elsewhere supporting small businesses who actually care.
I’ve had a similar issue with Nicki’s too!😔 Nicki’s needs to get their ship together.🙃 It’s been a bit of a train wreck for quite a while now too.
I had heard that in many, many Cloth Diapering groups but I thought maybe it was just a few disgruntled customers. Until it ufortunately happened to me too. 22 days to get my entire order is a little bit ridiculous, in my honest opinion. They should've priority mail shipped or express shipped the missing items.
However, at this time I still chose to support them because the new owners are still continuing the "Buy 1 Give 1" Cloth diapers to families in need and that is such a great cause. But they really, really need to get something figured out in their shipping dept. 😞
I don't mind waiting for my order to be fixed but I just can't stand bad customer service. I would feel so insecure trying to fix my order with them. I hope they fix this.
I don't mind waiting either, thankfully I don't NEED the diapers and most were for the 30 Days of Giveaways.... I just worry about a family ordering in preparation for a new baby and not receiving everything in time for baby. :-( That would be really upsetting and could potentially really disrupt a family trying to exclusive use cloth with a new baby.
They did fix my order, Thankfully. But I genuinely hope they can find a permanent solution for their recent shipping issues. I would hate to see them lose business, but I also believe that people deserve to know what kind of experience myself and others had so they know that it is a possibility. 😔
@@jessisblessed6689 I agree. Im lucky that I have a cloth diaper seller in my small town but most places don't have one. They could be completely out of luck. Although I wouldn't be able to afford to just buy more thats another problem in its self.
@@jessisblessed6689 this is not recent. Sad to say. I have been with Nickis diapers from the very beginning of their new owner take over. I Was one of the customers who had to wait months to get their order because Nickis up and sold the company without so much a warning to her loyal customers. I felt bad for the new owners because people we’re giving them such a hassle and Was saying how fantastic things were when nicki ran things. However I felt like they should be blaming Nicki who didn’t tell her customers that she was selling the business. 😣
I have defended Nickis for so long but it’s been two years since the switch and they are still having massive blunders. I’m over it. 😒
@@DeepRootedwithTulani OH wow. I did not realize it's been 2 years! Whoa!!! That's insane. Seriously. You brought up a ton of good points. 2 years is plenty to fix the problems. And yes, the previous owner is absolutely at fault for not letting customers know. It sounds like a giant mess. I don't blame you for feeling how you feel. 2 years is a long time to defend someone :-/
Hi can you do a day in life of cloth diapering with cruz please stay safe
This makes me nervous I have a shipment from nickis diapers due next week. I have noticed there shipping is way longer then it used to be when I first started using them in 2017. It was taking like 4 days shipping now it’s 8days plus for shipping. I ordered 4 items on 9/17 and it says the won’t be here till 9/27.
OK so did you place this order when they had their 50% blowout sale? I ordered that cover with the blue dragon scales (Ice Breather) and they refunded me for it, saying it was out of stock but then they sent you one as your free gift?! 😡 And there was a newborn cover missing from my order too, that I was not refunded for, it just wasn't in my box.
I don't think it was during a sale. It was just a regular order to my knowledge! And I'm sorry about the cover! That's so frustrating!!!

Not yet, I just posted an update video! I still have them coming, it's just a LOT logistically and life is very busy right now, so I'm working on it!!!
Hi Jess I have a question when your out at a store and you cloth diapers and your baby poops what do you due ? How do you deal with it in public??
Waterproof wetbags :-) You just change baby like usual, but you put the diaper in the Wetbag and bring it home. Then you can spray the diaper out, or plop the poo in the toilet or whichever method you use and toss the Wetbag and diaper in your dirty diaper laundry at home. Simple. :-) if you're new to wetbags, just RigNGig, Petite Crown, Buttons, Happy Beehinds, Green Maternity all have great wetbags . It's really not hard. I've changed hundreds and hundreds of Cloth diapers away from home! I've been Cloth diapered in the Hospital and while camping. You can do it no matter where you are! Good luck! 👍
Thank you Jess I have clothe diapered before but I was not sure what to do with poopy diapers in public that’s all .. can you help me with what the right fabric to get at a store for make in cloth liners for the cloth diapers please I bought the wrong Fleece ... thank you your the best
@@jennvelasco5612 Sorry! I never know if someone has experience with Cloth at all, so I always lean towards over explaining rather than assuming someone knows what I'm talking about. :-) Poopy Diapers in public aren't fun, but poop really isn't fun in any setting lol. I just shove them in a Wetbag and deal when I get home.
As far as liners, Microfleece is a great material for liners, make sure it's not regular Fleece though. Other good lining is Athletic Wicking Jersey if you can get your hands on some of it. :-) hope this helps! 🙏 blessings!

Those trainers look so big in the legs. Seems they need some elastic around the legs area.
These trainers are available in multiple sizes :-) These are XL, to fit my bigger kiddos :-) hence the large legs. 😉 The smaller sizes are much smaller all around.
