So with all the anonmaly and faction bonus stuff, does this mean team building is more restrictive? Since you would need to get more characters with the same faction or whatever to build a good team.
Mhm kinda yes and no. I think you will get enough different characters to build teams based on those factors, the main problem will arise when looking at meta teams, since most of those follow one of two major formulas, being attacker-stun-support/anomaly or anomaly-stun-support. There are even certain teams which just cannot work that way currently, i.e. Physical Assault, as all phys agents are attacking type, which means, as of release, mono-physical will not be very good and those units are better used in a disorder team. Will likely get better over time tho as more characters are released. Ether also wont really be existing until Zhu Yuan is released
@@iamrivenous the whole anomaly system sounds very similar to HSR's toughness break, except in this game each element chips away at a separate toughness bar. i wouldnt be surprised if they started releasing characters that ignore these elemental restrictions to build anomaly stacks, like they did with acheron and firefly in HSR. eg a character that deals fire damage but also builds electric anomaly stacks. or someone like ruan mei that reduces the total number of anomaly stacks needed to trigger the anomaly debuff.

While they are special in hsr where they can "bypass" elemental weaknesses, in zzz at least till now, all enemies can take all types of anomally. While they each have different resistances, just like in hsr acheron and firefly do reduce toughness regardless of weakness, but the enemies still have their resistances to said elements. My point is anomalies dont work the same as toughness.

I have a few questions: 1) do damaging anomalies deal significant damage in non-disorder teams? as in, is it worth it to use AP main stat disc on characters in, say, mono fire team? 2) does anomaly and disorder damage scale only off AP? in Genshin we can get elemental mastery on every artifact slot with variable main stat, in ZZZ if you go AP and AM main stats, Disc IV can only have one of (HP%, ATK%, DEF%, CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG), which all seem kinda useless on anomaly-focused character? 3) how significant is bonus provided by AP? does a disc with AP main stat make a difference between triggering anomaly every rotation and not? 4) are there zzz-specific theorycrafting communities already? most videos I see on youtube are mostly feelscrafting and it's a bit annoying tbh lol
I havent been far enough into the endgame to reach a really high Inter-Knot Level, so I suppose, until all your characters are max level, it will be significantly harder if you play whatever you like. Going by meta teams here is gonna help
why do you only talk about team comps that are either mono element or all same faction? Isnt a team comp like Rina Grace Corin fine? rina and corin share a faction. grace and rina share an element. all 3 of their passives are active right?
@@iamrivenous yea, a little bit hard than dot. In hsr you just spam it without building it, they does have team composition, but in zzz it's a little bit complicated.
It's a different artistic style that works great with the very funny and bouncy nature of the game and animations/trailers. Can't really say one is better than the other. Although I prefer the in-game look of ZZZ more than WuWa, and really like the style of the trailers, I love the super high quality WuWa cinematics.
The game you play is a broken cheap ripoff of this games predecessor, made by incompetent devs that could only ever hope to partially imitate hoyoverse
