Alright... I'm back. I 100 percent stole combo two, and added three jabs at the end.... and one of our 13 yr old amateurs just won his first fight. I drilled that combo so hard during training that it strengthen his lungs so well and he almost got a finish against a kid with 3 more fights than him, it was our kid's 3rd. From coach to coach, thank you so much. Let's grow the sport again!! 🍻
Awesome! I know the focus in this video is on the long combinations but I would of liked to see the camera pan-out at times during the combinations to see the weight transfers during the long combos. But great none-the-less
So I wanted to hate on this, but it is actually really good work. Personally I try to hold the mitts similarly as this gentleman, as close to my face or body while being level with the boxer to mimic an opponent. I will reach out for hooks and uppercuts, but straight punches I always try to catch as close to my face as possible. If I am trying to burn out the arm I raise the mitts as high as I can for their reach, if I am trying to burn legs I drop down super low.
Awsm combs coach tbh ...even brillants 💥 ...the reason I fell in love with this part of boxing ..cuz it was my weackness ..not brut strenght or power ..hhh still a bit... yet now I gor real gd n improoved well on fast REALISTIC combs as well !

As a fighter when going down to the body shot, where should your eyes be looking at? Or it's normal to be blind for a moment?
id say the target but when i coach it, i tell my boxer to keep peripheral vision on the opponent gloves for counters
