Fakaue kua fakamanatu pihia e brother ko Talima. Not only him, but also Vic and George the Kuki brother most recently passed away. Talima music was the launching pad for NZ Niuean music. Many others have followed with their distinctive style, and our Niuean culture and history is being heard by our young people. Every time we play their music, we honor them. Fakaue lahi.

Fakaue ma Bro. Talima family made huge contribution to Niuean music scene, so whenever we play their songs, we honor their memories. I'm also mindful of others who most recently pass away, Victor, and that Kuki brother George who also have part in their music.
