Outgoing President Benigno S. Aquino III received his departure honors at the Malacañan Palace Grounds on June 30, 2016 at 11:00 am.
Aquino descended the Palace staircase with President-elect Rodrigo Roa Duterte for the full military departure honors.
After the departure honors, both leaders shook hands before Aquino departed the Palace Grounds.
The outgoing President proceeded to his residence at Times Street in West Triangle, Quezon City.
