I love chlorophyll! I used to take it a couple years ago, but I fell off. I need to get back to it. Thanks for the reminder! Your skin really does look amazing btw! A really great option for sleep is passionflower tinctures. It doesn’t make you exceptionally sleepy. It just gently lulls you to bed. It will literally be some of the best quality sleep you ever had in your life! The first time I woke up after taking it I literally cried because I slept so well 😂

Hi! I first started taking chlorophyll a few years ago. I’ve only taken Mary Ruth’s and it’s a liquid that I added to my water. I’m on and off with supplements bc I rotate them out to try new stuff. I’m currently 8mos pregnant with my 4th and started back taking this a few months ago bc the BO with this Texas heat and hormones was tooooo much. Also I dont wear traditional deodorant. Within 2 days odor did not return. It’s great for deodorizing the body and it’s rich in vitamin K.

Hey lovely! I switched to organic chorella powder. It's similar to chlorophyll but more nutrient and is processed better. I add it to my smoothies, water, salad, oatmeal or protein drink (made by me post workout). I will say the chlorophyll had more of a deodorizing effect.
You need to look up why chlorella is better than spirulina. Spirulina naturally has some pseudo b vitamins that compete for the real b vitamins your body needs .. Research it and you'll see what I mean
Never used it or heard of it e.e....lolz. Interesting tho! Great vid Ash mamaz!😄 Okays suggestion on how to get better sleep.... eat foods that naturally have melatonin in them. I dont have sleep dysfunctions, but i was always curious as to why i always got the i-tis after eating. So i did some research. WALNUTS have alot of melatonin in them. U can eat a nice handful 1-2 hrs before bed and i guarantee u that u will be on a date with the sandman.😂 Others i researched were PINTO BEANS (i eat burritos lolz) and also FISH (love me some sardines and fish sticks😆).... i kept getting REALLY SLEEPY after eating those foods, so i looked them up. But those walnuts mos def are the mvp! Plus they have alot GREAT health benefits. Sardines as well! I keep all in stock at home. Hope this helps u and others.🥰❤️
Ahhh Chrissy, so glad to hear you’re seeing such awesome results! I hadn’t been as consistent with it this summer and noticed a difference. Lately I’ve been adding a splash of super sweet lemonade to my chlorophyll water and it’s SO good - tones down the sweetness and adds to the flavor, so refreshing and tasty. Let me know what you think if you decide to try out the liquid : )🌿
I used the NOW brand chlorophyll in pill form and it worked wonders with internal deodorizing. But I've given it a break for a while. I think it might be time to start back up.

I've taken spirulina (tablets and powder) and now I might try chlorophyll! Thanks for the update!
