While I appreciate sirs knowledge and experience. I personally have this combination in my own chart. Just by looking at my chart I have lost marriage proposals, they don't even bother speaking to me.
Everyone says rahu makes people cheats, they conveniently forget that if I was a cheat, one could easily conceal or change their horoscope. Yet I've always adhered to honesty.
All kinds of untrue so called astrology possibilities are levelled. I've had women speak to me briefly only to realise that I have this combination in my chart only to walk out midway. Frankly I'm a bit hot headed but very straightforward and honest. I have an exalted Sun with rahu.
Astrologers get it totally wrong when they say I've had relationships with women. On the contrary people find my energy too assertive. So very far from having relationships. I have many hobbies and absolutely love nature and the environment.
Just by mere virtue of having this combination in my horoscope parents and prospects have written me off. But I've had a lot of opposition from my father. Throughout my life so far.
Astrology is truly a great science but so often than not people draw their own conclusions and interpretation most of it being negative.
In that sense it's truly devastating. One look at my horoscope and people treat me like a rogue.
Astrology is interesting but please don't victimize people and make them feel like castaways in the name of astrology.

See , two people sitting in a room will definitely effect each other. So no matter how close they are or far according to degree, but yes the more closeness according to degree can do two things, either the sun will become like rahu or rahu will become like sun in this matter. Jai shri krishna

Not agreed...degree of both planets decides its good or bad character...I personally observed this Combination is very good for growth of native in business/ job with spiritual inclinations & honest...other planets influence is also to take consideration...if married then wife's Rahu +Ketu and Sun should also be studied.

Meri kundli me 10th house me surya budh and rahu hain jisme ki 1 no. Mesh rashi hai. Me bank ki job me hu. Muje iska kaisa fal rhega. Koi upaay bhi btae. Transfer ka darr hmesa bna rhta hai
Labours ko avashya kuch daan karte rahiye. It's good combination but can increase expenditure

मेरे बेटे का धनू लग्न है, शनी 3रे घर कुंभ राशी ,9वे मे चंद्र सिंह राशी,11वे मे गुरू तुला राशी ,और 12 वे मे सुर्य (21°)मंगल 26°, बुध6° शुक्र 11°राहू8°पर वृश्चिक राशी मे है लेकिन चलित कुंडली मे सुर्य, मंगल 1ले घर शिफ्ट हुए है | मेरा प्रश्न ये है कि सुर्य राहू युती का बुरा फल कम होगा या वैसा ही रहेगा. बेटा विदेश सेटल होना चाहता है, पाॅसीबल है क्या? कृपया उपाय बताए | धन्यवाद
