You can buy it for $350...or make it for $4! Which do you choose?
The one I made was smaller than the original--but it still has the same look. If you want a larger statement piece I would suggest grouping a few baskets together like I did. Grab them from the thrift store--I always find a wide variety there--always under $10!

what is the paint used?

I just used white paint from the dollar store. Regular acrylic!
