My wife and I were in the courtroom on this day, it was like having our own personal concert from MJ. This was our 1st wedding anniversary, It was so cool, we were making MJ laugh and you can hear him giggling in this audio, we even got in trouble a couple times, you will hear the judge tell MJ to answer a question. This was truly a once in a lifetime experience! thanks Michael for the great time. One Glove, One Love. rb
He is spending more deposition than to be with his family...after the concert go straight to the court...he is really a genius and he knows where he stands for...i love his coolness in this deposition
Truth4MJcom - L.O.V.E., thank you again dear. Michael, The world is not the same without You… but, Your Music is The World Heritage, You Are The Heritage of Humanity. The All of You lives in our hearts. I Love You, I miss You…I can’t just stop my tears.
Lol! She wished her stupid song was stolen by this genius!.⭐️🌟 Would u even dare to accuse him of stealing ur song! Lol!.😂😂. Love him!.his so cool charm n collected!.❤️🌹❤️
Jackson didn’t personally steal Dangerous. HOWEVER!… The song’s cowriter, Bill Bottrell, was allegedly in Denver visiting friends in the mid-1980s when Crystal Cartier’s Dangerous was getting airplay on an R&B station that played music by local artists. Bottrell allegedly heard the song while driving and days later, with the melody still stuck in his head, started dinking around on his keyboard and unwittingly “came up” with the hook for the song, which, not surprisingly, matched the key, chord progression, rhythm and melody of Cartier’s recording. Bottrell allegedly recorded a demo of the song and took it to Jackson who loved what he heard. MJ then fleshed out the verses and gave the song his signature magic touch. Teddy Riley, the third person to receive writing credit on Dangerous, was later brought in to give the song a more modern sound and thicker groove. One of his changes was to slow the tempo down, resulting in a track that’s much slower than Cartier’s version, which MJ himself never heard. Bottrell’s original version allegedly sounded much more like Cartier’s. When Cartier filed suit against Jackson and Sony Records in 1994, the first thing her lawyers tried to do was subpoena Bill Bottrell. Unfortunately they were never able to serve him because according to Sony, Bottrell had just left the country to deal with some sort of family emergency overseas, even though he had no known ties to any foreign countries (other than the fact he’d lived in Germany for several months when he was in junior high school in the mid-1960s). Bottrell was incommunicado during the entire 8 month pre-trial and trial period. No one in his family nor at Sony Records knew where he was or how to get ahold of him. Not even his wife knew his whereabouts. Sony did, however, acknowledge Bottrell continued to receive and cash royalty checks from Sony Records throughout the duration of his impromptu sabbatical. Despite factual, audio equipment-related inconsistencies in Jackson’s recollection of the events and fundamental similarities between the two songs, without Bottrell’s testimony, Cartier had no way to establish a direct link between her Dangerous and Jackson’s. When coupled with the fact Jackson had the best lawyers money could buy and Cartier had a father-daughter team of local small-fry attorneys working solely on spec, with little to no budget, Cartier’s loss was all but preordained.
GRANDE GENIO DAI LEZIONI A TUTTI ....GENIALE DA MORIRE!!! TI AMOOOOOOO MICHAEL.
Reading music is not necessary. Now I'm thinking hard whether I should still do that. Well on second thought i should . I can't sing 🤣. An instrument can do that for me.
karma col Regardless she didn't sound better than him plus is just like Evan Chandler and Gavin Arviso and his insane mother trying to get Michael Jackson's money in court
I agree. Her version if it could be called that was horrible. It's just frustrating to see him falsely accused of stealing a song by another Black person but I totally agree with your comment.
Conrad Murray is also black. Did much worse than this woman... (it has nothing to do w/ colour. Shitty ppl are shitty people. skintone has nothing to do w/ it)
The female singer sung the word Dangerous and was not remotely similar. Seems like the lawyer gave up as she knew there was nothing to go on. Maybe hoped for a pre-trial payout rather than this.
INNOCENCE IN COURT?? I JUST don't believe it ONLY Michael can answere singing in court THE GREATEST ENTERTAINMENT AND CREATOR OF MUSIC POETRY DANCE MOVES DO NOT NEED OTHERS CREATIVITY THAT'S THE HONEST TRUE FUL STOP
