Neurodiversity at Thales

At Thales in the UK, we have a Neurodiversity Network group. The group are developing ways of working which embed neurodiversity into the company culture, creating an environment where everyone can be their best self, by celebrating individuality, as well as raising awareness of neurodiversity.
We believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is more collaborative and innovative, and ensures we can deliver world class capabilities to our customers.
