Hit and Run Roulette Strategy- A Dozen JACKPOT Numbers Make This One FUN!

This was a strategy sent in to CEG Dealer School years ago. Called Holy Splits. Im sure Jack Ace has it also.
I actually modified it to 3 units on 1st and 3rd columns to push on 2nd column, and Jackpot numbers are $27 in 1st and 3rd column. Partial losses at $9. 1 up rogression would be needed after 2 partial loses. CEG did not respond.
