Last year I finally decided that I really needed to take care of my own health because it directly affects my ability to care for others. Towards the end of last year I celebrated my 43rd birthday 80 lbs lighter than I was at the beginning of the year and I hope to continue doing better so my 44th birthday will be even better than last year.
