  • HEADPHONES ARE REQUIRED!
    Hey guys! I am back with a new special binaural beat track, which I created myself. It has all frequencies from 1Hz to 20Hz. This means you can experience a full brainwave entrainment from delta to beta. It is cyclic, this means, it always goes up and down. It starts at 20Hz goes down to 1Hz, goes up to 20Hz down to 1Hz and so on. And this cycle repeats every 12 mins (1 cycle = 20Hz -- 1Hz -- 20Hz). So, you will tap into the thinking beta mind, the alpha relax mind, the theta subconscious mind and the intuitive/self-healing delta mind several times in 60mins.
    It is special in this way, because you go down to subconscious realms and you will quickly bring up subconscious information and this is repeated several times. That's why, it is good for:
    - learning
    - training all brain waves of your brain
    - light to deep relaxation without falling asleep
    - spending time into subconscious space (delta and theta), such that you can access creativity, emotions etc. quickly and later "bring it up to active consciousness" (alpha waves work like a bridge [without alpha waves it is nearly impossible to bring subconscious insight to daylight] and beta waves process information and make it fully available to you and, yeah, conscious).
    As I recently created it and didn't have much time to try it out on myself, I cannot really give definite recommendations on the usage of this track. Generally, listen to this during the day (afternoon/evening) and meditate on it (breathe calmly and FOCUS on the track; vibrate to the track, if you know what I mean). Also, it can be used during learning sessions, though I a few concerns, since there are delta waves and normally, these are not recommended for learning, but yeah, most of the time you'll be in the favorable binaural beats for learning ;).

    This has... done something to my brain, like while its on my mind is like vibrating and my body is calm but vibrating, I can feel it flowing through me, this is the greatest thing I have ever come across!

      Helge-Kristoffer Wang Okay here you go:
      Books:
      The High Performance Mind by Anna Wise
      Awakening the Mind by the same author
      The first one is really the grounding of brain wave science. It is rather theoretical, but it also has meditations, little stories etc. in it.
      The second one is a little bit of a summary of the first one. It has more exercises and also additional information such as chakras and the kundalini in relation to the brain waves.
      There are some links on the internet too:
      hubpages.com/hub/What-are-Brain-Waves-Theta-Delta-Alpha-Beta-brain-waves-What-is-brainwave-entrainment
      this will lead you to a general overview of the brain waves. In addition, there are also links to the brain waves, such as alpha theta etc., specifically. There is even a summary of the first book I told. And yes, I am the author of these articles. ;)

    How long is each cycle, just curious, new to this. do they correspond to our 90 min sleep cycles and each sleep stage (like 1,2,3,REM,4) or would it even make sense to do it that way? I slept w/ earphones til 20 min then woke up. Didn't know why. Gonna try again.

      no problem my friend! If you want you can share this with your friends ;). Also, if you have any requests, just tell me and I will see if I can create a personal track or so ;). This one is especially good for a complete brain wave entrainment and entraining your mind to tap into different states of consciousness more quickly.

      Thank you. Can you suggest me some Ideas through which I can make optimal use of brainwave. I usually sit and meditate, but I can not do it for more than 30 mins, and while meditating I have notice that my mind tries to focus on when I will be done doing 30mins. So I want to synchronize my meditation with the waves for benefits. Can you suggest me some ideas please?
      Thanks for your help.

      @slavenc  10 років тому

      hey! I have never heard of this zox pro training, but I will check it out.
      Yes, binaural beats are a scientific tool to initiate meditative states and alter the state of consciousness. You can find a lot of information of this stuff on the internet. Even I published some articles on this topic. You can find them searching for "mbyl brain waves" (mbyl is my name on the publishing site). Have fun! And feel free to ask me further questions.

    humans can hear sound between 20hz and 20khz (20 000hz)???? how come 1hz???

    • @robbeld
      @robbeld 9 років тому

      The human ear can hear wave forms starting at 20 Hz and above, but modulation can be heard at lower frequencies. Listen to the track and you will hear the modulation, especially around 1 Hz you just hear the modulation passing every 1 second.

    • @slavenc

      It's great that you like it so much! And yes it is normal hearing a ringing or so after listening to it, because your brain has adapted to this monotonous binaural beating ;).

    • @JihadBunnydick
      @JihadBunnydick 10 років тому

      Slavenc Mbyl Don't beta waves produce cortisol or stress hormones? Im asking btw

    • @slavenc
      @slavenc  10 років тому

      Jihad Bunnydick Not directly. If you are too often in the beta mind, this means, you cannot relax and you are always bothered and so on and on, then of course you'll produce these hormones. But generally said, beta waves improve focus if they are used healthily and if you also have relaxing time and so on, which is the case here ;). So don't worry, if you're generally relaxed there is nothing to worry about ;)
