You should've done inferno a lot earlier, part of the fun of doing it in leagues is shredding everything with low tier gear

Can you demonstrate a full nex kill for a ranger build? I'm struggling to do the mechanics honestly haha
You should join a trio to learn, it's much more forgiving and a lot faster than a solo (talking 5-8x faster)
If you have bankers note, bring stacks of your best combo food (shark+karam), and prayer pots. Set your unnoted quantity to 2 or 3. Have 1-2 full super restore, 1 superanti, and 1 ranging pot at the start of every kill. You do not need notes of these items.
Outside of solos, bring a crush or stab weapon to bust down ice prisons in ice phase.
Throughout the kill, you'll take lots of damage, so always combo eat; shark/ppot/karambwan. This ensures you're maximizing your DPS. Always DPS her with ruby bolts, only switching to diamond for final phase (and even then, ruby slaps)
0. She'll spawn in and say "AT LAST!". Put on your best DPS prayers and protect from mage after she says "Glacies!"
1. When the kill starts, whoever is either: farthest, or has the best defense (in solo, always you) will be hit by her virus attack, which slowly drains your stats. Wait to range pot until after you know it's not you. If you get hit by it, wait till clouds dissipate to super restore and range pot. DPS the boss until she says "FUMUS, DONT FAIL ME"
2. FUMUS might poison you, so sip a super anti. Damage him with onyx bolts for healing, he'll die quick.
3. Put on range pray for shadow phase. She hits hard af when you're close to her so stay away as much as possible. Try to stay close to Umbra if possible. When she says "FEAR THE SHADOW", move one tile from where you're standing. Don't step into another players shadow either, or you'll be hit for 40+. DPS her until she says "UMBRA, DONT FAIL ME"
4. Kill Umbra, getting heals off with onyx bolts. Avoid her and her shadow attacks
5. Switch back to pray mage for blood phase. DPS her until she says "WE CAN SOLVE THIS WITH A SIPHON" and spawns a blood reaver. This will heal her, but more importantly, she'll throw up her wings in front of her face, and any damage you hit (including Ruby bolt procs) will heal her instead of damage her. Best to heal up and restore prayer until after she drops her wings, at which point you can DPS her again. You can ignore the blood reaver.
6. She'll say "CRUOR, DONT FAIL ME". Kill cruor with onyx bolts
7. Ice phase. Keep your distance from Nex. When she says "CONTAIN THIS", run away to avoid being whacked a 50 within a 4 tile radius. When she says "DIE NOW IN A PRISON OF ICE", one of the players will be trapped in an ice prison. That player should pray range and safe up, and hope their partners break them out in time. If you're not frozen, help out your partner by switching to your stab/crush and breaking it.
8. DPS until she calls for Glacies, kill him. Keep your distance from Nex.
9. She'll go into enrage and melee people. Protect melee if she's on you, otherwise mage. This is where you would use your executioners axe or undying ret if you have it. DPS till she ded
