This kind of videos makes me realize two points: First point is that i am totally amazed by the fact that im 22 years old and i cant squat the half of their squats training super hard and with a diet so strict The second point is that i am depressed because first point
@haneefm7020 thank you bro i was joking i just feel pure admiration for this guys and for everyone, men and women who trains all their life i think thats a noble life to live
@@federicocarnebale not only that, out of a pool of 1.3 billion people, they were the handpicked genetic elite in the first place, which then allowed them the opportunity to do that training starting at such a young age. So unless you're the genetic elite of a pool of 1.3 billion, it's not worth comparing yourself to even if you did train as hard as them. And then there's the drugs of course, but probably only once you prove yourself to be the elite of the elite.
I wonder what countries in the west could do if they employed the same selection/training regimens as China, Russia, and Cuba. It is a wonder that western countries are even competitive as they have no where near the amount of structure and governmental support. That said, these training techniques can only take you so far when compared to pure genetics in a sports such as track and field.
not entirely sure on what your opinion is, these guys are "pure genetics" for their respective sport. As say Usain Bolt is to sprinting, Lasha is to weightlifting. If they switched sports NEITHER guy would be competitive, let alone podium in a competition.

Those guys in the video started training full time at around 10 years old. So probably you don't train as hard as they do and no need to be depressed.
