I remember for my very first class, I got there early and was the one who vacuumed up the rings. So paying dues from literally day 1! And yeah, with this summer heat, this time of year, a clean ring is more important than ever! Nobody wants to slip. If the sweat stains get really bad after blow-ups, we'll sometimes change the canvas entirely before proceeding with the rest of class.

That’s another great reason to keep multiple canvases on the ring. You can peel one off and keep on training!
