You got urself a new subscriber because of this food. One of my favorite enzema food since childhood. The woman said something in Nzema it means this food can go for days without going bad just like the kenkey’s and besides the sardines used for the soup is everything!!!!!❤️❤️
Suddenly i am feeling hungry Not just for this dish but to be amongst the greeenery and sandy shores of these places. Did you manage to try alɛlɛnto also? Ghana we have food paa. And you are doing a magnificent job showcasing it. Thanks Ɔrɛkɔdo !
Ei. The skills needed to make this food are many 😄. Both banku stirring skills and fufu pounding skills. No be easy. Wow. It looks like fufu at the end . Thanks for sharing this with us. Never knew of this meal.
U are enjoying Orekodo ✌✌✌👊😋😋😋 mmmmmmm Ghana is blessed to hve different varieties of local foods Thank u for always letting us see wat is happening other areas 🙏🙏
Thank you Sindaco for showing us the local foods of Ghana😋Because of this kind of food ghanaians are strong. Not easy to pound fufu…What is the name of those green berries? Many thanks to food makers🍀🍀🍀
Interesting, social media is changing minds. We have a lot to learn about ourselves and our diverse cultures. I’m so proud and blessed to be a Ghanaian. We had an advanced way of making fufu all this while but, we have been pounding it with all our energy for years 😂. Tokuma and Nugba sounds a bit Ewe 🤔, I need to visit this place on my return to Gh. The Voltarians and the Northerners also have Yam fufu, it tastes so nice too.
Exactly, that’s what this channel is about showcasing our diverse food 🥘 in across Ghana and even Africa. Thanks for watching. Kindly share and subscribe
I've been in Ghana for 17 years and I just discovered this too, so technically, you even discovered this before me 😂. It's a nice discovery. Sadly these foods tend to stay in rural areas while cities focus on the same staples in chopbars (eateries/restaurants).
Infact, you are on a different level. I haven't seen and tested a food prepared like this, apart from kenkey. I will love to test but I won't have the energy to prepare it. Good job 👏 👍 👌
This food is made with casava, so, it is not like Nigerian pounded yam that is made with good yam only. But, there are many tribes in Nigeria that eats and prepare their casava this way. It is called pupuru by the indigeneous Ikale people from Ondo state in Nigeria but others call it their tribe names.
A Nigerian I guess, always condemning people's food. What makes yours thinks your so called soups are the best. Check the definition of soup and stew b4 you attack
Many other West African countries make soup like this. Soups in other parts of the world are also like that. Stop displaying your ignorance. Just because you haven't seen or experienced something doesn't mean that your way of doing it is better or superior.

Tokuma is the name of an old folk story in Jamaica. It's normally told with the character bro Anansi.
Oh really 😯 Kweku Anansi story 😯
Basically Ntakuma is the son of kwaku Anansi. Ntakuma is so smart than kuaku Anansi himself.
@@salamabdul4873 didn't know that the name kuaku was attached to Anansi. We use the name kuaku, but I didn't know where it came from.
