My league sees no value in M Miller. I tried offering him for higher ranked closers or SPs, nope. 👎🏽 lol
Chris, the answer is: LAWYERS. A small % of people are allergic to bee stings. If one of those fans is allergic, goes into anaphylactic shock, they could have sued for millions. I don't blame the club at all for the delay. Lawyers.
In other news, Captain Byron Buxton (Buston) announced Mike Trout to the First-Team All Glass team.
Do we have any idea if Orioles will bring Holliday back up? I mean Mateo finish last season with like a .150 average. I have extreme pitcher depth on my team with 4 pitchers about to come off IL. I traded Abbott, Butto and Ohearn for Arozarena and Holliday

Each knee has an inner- and an outer miniscus. Inner-miniscus surgery is healing pretty fast! I had 2 of them, and 2 months after surgery I played Flagfootball again. Outer-miniscus a whole different story, takes several months.
My dad was 69-years-old and was riding his bike again two weeks later, following meniscus surgery. Obviously those aren't the demands of playing MLB at the highest level like Trout. But it's definitely not acl.
I agree with your assessment of inner and outer meniscus. I have also had 2 surgeries on my knee and I’m not trying to discredit Chris Towers, but you will not be able to function without your meniscus. It would be bone on bone and extremely painful. Of course Mike Trout has access to the finest doctors in the country and that definitely helps. You also have to take into consideration if the patient has arthritis in the knee. Trout is a world class athlete and will probably be back in 4-6 weeks. It took myself a good 2 months, with pain, and I’m a world class nothing. Lol😂

Houck for Vinnie and a lower tier pitcher. I wouldn’t trade Houck for just Vinnie.

EVERY week Scott rips a pitcher telling us to avoid then and they go out and have a great game....maeda was that pitcher this week

@@williamford9564 h2h points league. That's my problem, I'm not sure which of these 4 closers is likely to score more points than the others. Helsley and Foley are off to nice starts, but their teams aren't the most desirable winning types...Romano is proven to have success over a full season, but is he fully healthy and are the Jays still good....Kirby is on a solid team, but he hasn't proven to be a bonafide closer yet...
If Trouts timetable is August. The Angel's will shut him down before that

I was at the "BEE Game" and the 2 hour delay didn't feel bad until about an hour into the wait. The crowd was very cool and people just were talking baseball and enjoying the weather with the roof being open. The Bee Guy was hilarious and was an instant hit with the crowd, especially when they had him throw out the first pitch. There was no announcement about Montgomery not pitching until the game started and he wasn't on the mound. There wasn't a bee "hive" but a swarm of bees on the top of the netting near home plate. They called it a bee colony at the stadium but I don't know what it was, lol. It was just a lot of bees and the team/MLB definitely didn't want people getting stung, the potential lawsuits would have been insane, even with the "waiver" when you buy tickets. The bees weren't inside anything, that's what really seemed odd, especially because they played a game there yesterday. The bees were actually elevated at the top of the netting and the Bee Guy had to use an electric scissor lift to get up to it. He essentially sprayed the bees with some sort of calming spray or glue type of spray and then just vacuumed them up. The "procedure" took a couple of minutes at best. After all that, it was a great game and Ohtani actually looked mortal in this one.

No. Acuna will get hot and you will regret it. Mullins (Cedric) will get cold and become waiver level player. Look for saves on the wire, and Ragans isn’t near worth Acuna Value.

Trout is a truly bittersweet baseball story. Mixed I. With his all star appearances, gold gloves & mvps has been a 💩 show of mediocrity. Uncompetitive teams & his last several years so many injuries. First ballot Hofer lock? He’s no guarantee to get 2,000 let alone 3,000 hits. He might be an average player even when healthy. He has declined immensely & he was such a unique talent. His future seems very bleak. Maybe he can find a renaissance of good years?

MacKenzie Gore didn't pitch against the Astros today. He pitched against the Rangers. Towers just can't get through an episode without screwing up.
